Food is not up to par. This is a brand new Shiney location. Nice looking place but the biscuit & hashrounds were horrible this morning. Rounds were grease soaked. Biscuit dry & mealy.The purpose of a franchise is that items are consistent from location to location. Their food prep needs to be examined.Nice looking store though.

Stop here on 2/26/24 at 6pm I paid $37 for food only to get up the road and noticed all my food wasn’t present had a tailgate with only 5 supremes in my box also my rice was mushy and smelt like uncooked rice horrible I’ll wouldn’t eat there again for free I’ll be making a YouTube video also on the conduct of your children employees standing outside the door smoking weed exactly why my food wasn’t right I’m going to see what corporate thinks of my video I’m disgusted

This is the second time in two months my husband and I have been at 9:30 PM and they are closed. It clearly says on door and website open till 10pm. Already reported to manager last time in November and here we are January and decided to give it another try and they closed. They Won’t answer the door, drive thru or window. Completely ridiculous and the employees look at you knocking or sitting in drive thru. Will not be back.

Absolutely beautifully designed building, great location and good service! I have been craving Bojangles since relocating back to the East Coast but have been let down almost everytime with my visits in NC and VA. Well, not anymore! For the first time in quite a long time, the food was absolutely delicious. The biscuits were perfection, the fries were hot/fresh and well seasoned but they still gave me extra seasoning and didn't give me a hard time about my request. I spoke with the drive thru attendant and apparently this place just opened a year ago. It's so beautiful and it has 2 drive thru lines! never saw one with 2 lines! Will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Food was fresh, hot, and the workers were pleasant, efficient and attentive. I could tell they were overwhelmed during my visit so the wait was a bit longer than expected, but I still recommend if you're in the mood for something other than burgers.

Super fast and friendly service. Place appears clean. I was in and out in less than two minutes and they were very reasonable in price. Full meals for about 10 bux is decent!

To the owner/operator of this newer franchise, you should quickly step in and reclaim your restaurant. We just left this location as a stop of our long road trip. The service was incredibly slow and the restaurant wasn't packed. The cashier was rude to a customer who thought his order was being called and she responded back to him, "I ain't talkin to you." I ordered a Cajun Filet sandwich and got a Cajun biscuit instead.You all are at exit 4 off of 95, the next exit at mile 11 has a Bojangles as well. It's super easy to go up a couple of miles. As we finally left with our bag ( of incorrect food we discovered later) everyone else in line and waiting, looked confused and befuddled. It's highly recommended, you set the example of how you want your restaurant viewed and chosen.
