Food was great. It was NOT $41 great.Not keen on paying convenience fee on card12.25% meal tax, 3% fee, 15% tip (for simply carrying the food to my table)I can not, will not recommend despite the food being good.It was NOT worth $41...EditTwo identical meals were purchased. Farmhouse w/bacon, tots, and a drink.I could have had one hellava steak dinner at home for that price. I will not dine there again.

So this visit was not my first but today solidified my NEVER RETURNING. I called my order in over the phone and picked it up myself because Grubhub takes too long. First the young lady got mad because I asked for a receipt so she placed it on the countertop and not in my hand. But we know that means. Got the food home and the fries were cold so I was putting them in the air fryer. When I dumped the fries there was llooonnnggg piece of straight brunette hair. I am not a long straight haired woman by any means…far from it. I immediately called back to the restaurant and the young lady says she can’t hear me but she understood me when I asked for a manager. A man gets on the phone only saying “yeah this is the manager” and I said “hey sorry what did you say your name was?” He repeats himself and again asked for his name. He states to me “what do I need to know his name for to be serviced?” And I said “because it’s called professionalism.” And he says “well you don’t need my name.” So ok I hung up and packed my food back up WITH THE HAIR and headed back to the restaurant. The same young was at the front and I let her know who I was and what the issue was showing her the hair. I asked for the supervisor and asked her for his name. She said “I’ll go get him” and I asked again for his name and she stated “Russell.” “Russell” comes out and I said “hey Russell I’m the one you spoke to on the phone that you wouldn’t give your name to.” He goes “you were that rude one.” I stated “no I only asked you for your name and I told you it’s called professionalism.” I showed “Russell” the hair that was in my food and that I wanted a refunded. He tried to start an argument about his unprofessionalism but he was stopped and was told to just give me a refund. He processes the refund and puts the money on the counter like the girl did when I picked the food up earlier. I told him “that’s rude af putting people money on the counter and not their hand.” If I am not good enough to have my money be put in my hand than my money isn’t good enough to be spent there. Between “Russell’s” horrible customer service, unprofessionalism and word of mouth they’ll be losing business soon enough. KEEP YOUR HAIR OUR OF PEOPLE’S FOOD IT DISGUSTING!!

Food is good but my wife has gone 3 times now to pick up orders and all 3 were incorrect. First time a keto burger came with a bun. Second time we paid for a double farmhouse and got a single. Third time(tonight) everything was right accept we paid to add chili and there was none.

Ordered takeout burgers and when we got home the burgers were very raw in the middle, almost a play dough like texture. We sent an email to the email address on the website and got no response. We are very disappointed. If you order here be very specific on what temperature you want and check them before you leave.

Very friendly staff and delicious burgers! Gets busy during meal hours so wait times can get long but for the same price you'd pay at a fast food joint, you get much higher quality food. The shopping center in which they are located is small so I do hope they find a larger establishment where they can fit a proper kitchen, that would help with wait times.Ice cream sundae bar is a delight and a perfect treat to finish the meal.
Had the spicy chicken sandwich with tater tots. Chicken itself was not spicy. The sauce they put on it had very little heat, and not a lot of flavor. That being said, the sandwich itself was very good and moist! Young lady behind the counter was very pleasant! Price was roughly $13.50 for a combo. Had their farm house burger the last time and that was very good! I will return!

The burgers are awesome and the kids love the chicken tenders. Dont forget ice cream before you leave too! We will definitely will come back for more.
Used to be about the best burgers you could get. Prices went up and quality went down. Last few times the burgers came out too quickly to be made fresh and they were lukewarm and dry (not warm enough to melt the cheese). I’d rather wait for a fresh juicy burger that could justify $15+
