“Very friendly staff and delicious burgers! Gets busy during meal hours so wait times can get long but for the same price you'd pay at a fast food joint, you get much higher quality food. The shopping center in which they are located is small so I do hope they find a larger establishment where they can fit a proper kitchen, that would help with wait times.Ice cream sundae bar is a delight and a perfect treat to finish the meal.“

I will update if there are any other issues but if manager is willing to apologize and not say, “not my problem” which is all too common these days, then I am not worried.Frustrating customer service at this location. Not sure what’s up. From a Utahn, Crumbl expects better and so do the customers.They make you wait so long here (for curbside) and even when you go in to get the cookies you been waiting on, they don’t apologize (nor explain what happened) or give you everything.Yes I just emailed the local store.“

“Ritas was ordered and served at our wedding at the James River Country club on 8-12! It was perfect. Rita’s was our first date so it was great to have it at our wedding.Coordinating the order was an easy process. I was able to discuss all the details with the manager via email about the date, guest count, different Italian ice amounts and what would be best based on our guest list. The prices were pretty decent, and did include the cups and spoons. However, I did notice the prices are increased a bit compared to just Googling the party packs online. But they were worth it!We had plenty to serve. There were so many flavors to choose from, it truly was hard to narrow down! Every guest commented saying it was perfect to eat during cocktail hour after the hot wedding ceremony on the beach.Thank you Rita’s for always serving good dessert, being the host of our first date, and allowing us to bring you to our wedding. Rita’s will forever hold a special place in our hearts.“

“Loved this shop! A classic diner/soda shop. The Italian Sub was exactly what I remember them tasting like, when I was a child. The two scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone was massive. Nothing was expensive. Clean restrooms. Super sweet staff. Great experience.“
