Last night I somehow set my order to carryout. Not sure how I did it bc I don’t drive. But I did. I never noticed till I called the store an hour later to check on my order. Once the girl who answered the phone let me know, her first response was, we are happy to remake this and send it out to you! What a relief that was. You just don’t get service like that anymore. Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. That was some of the best pizza I've ever had from a major chain. I don't usually order delivery because I feel the food isn't as hot or fresh, but this pizza was so good, they must have left the store right when my pizza came out of the oven. This was the first time I've had Papa John's in several years, and I already want to go back.
