It was such a disappointment, after all, all that Pizza Hit generally sells is high fatting foods and Little to No veggies and fruit to push down all the carbs and meat....

Pizza arrived at my home completely cold. Called the manager and he said they no longer have dedicated drivers at any of the Pizza Huts in this district and that they rely solely on DoorDash and the like. Also, the driver did not respect the 'contactless' option that I had chosen. Will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again unfortunately.

This was my first time at this pizza hut. The food tasted great but the topings I ordered extra were missing from pizza. I will probably go back to give them another chance because the pizza was good.

Smithfield Pizza Hut.... you need to do better! This is the second time we have ordered within 3 weeks of each order and it seems that you always forget our drink. 3 weeks ago the driver forgot it, we called to let you know. Why do we have to go through so much to get it. It's bad enough that we give high tips and yet you still question us! First you tell us you don't have the order that was just delivered and then you say of here it is. Without apologizing, you just hand over the drink. Tonight the same thing happened again. Iasked the driver where the drink and he says this is all they gave me. My daughter automatically says "I guess I'm going to get the drink". But to add to it, I called to let you all know and the guy that answers says you'll have to talk to my manager and then hangs up. My daughter shows up there, and explains it to some girl. I say girl because a lady or woman would not have argued and then have an attitude and snatched the receipt from my daughter! This is getting really ridiculous!! I guess Papa John's and Dominoes will be our new Pizza place along with Sals. Get it right!! It's makes no sense that we pay delivery and tips but yet we're still doing your job!! Easy money for y'all!!

This location is understaffed at the moment and it wasn't as fast as usual.
I ordered from the Pizza Hut in Smithfield, VA and I ordered online. I ordered with a pick-up time of 6:15 and when I arrived the order was still not ready. It took my order 30 more minutes! One of the workers was rude and talking about how when she delivers to houses, the tips are sorry, "What can I do with a two dollar tip!" The other two workers was struggling with getting orders out while she complained. Then when my order was finally ready, she almost forgot my chicken to my order and when I asked her about it, she acted as if I was in the wrong! WOW WE Smithfield PIZZA HUT!!! What would they do if customers were seating down to eat?!

Pizza is usually undercooked. I drive across the JRB to the Pizza Hut on Mercury in Hampton. Last time I tried to order delivery, it took over 3 hours to get the pizza and the dough on the pan crust was almost raw in the middle. The thin crust was not crispy, it was more chewy.
