I took a chance by going to Subway on Bennschurch Blvd. My past experience with them have not gone well. There continues to be unsanitary practice of handling of food, lack of hand washing. As the server was making my sandwich, the person was going to put brown lettuce on my sub. I asked the server if they had any more lettuce to use. She stated no. The entire container was brown. I then asked about the manager of the store. I got a response that Heather was the manager. I asked about a contact number and she attempted to give me the store number. There seems to be unsanitary handling of food and a non caring attitude from some of the staff that work at this eatery. I will not be supporting this establishment......

They never listen to your comments on the mobile app when you order. I always ask for double toast and they never do. Also in the Carrollton location they always greet you when you walk in. They just let 16 year old kids run this location into the ground with their terrible service.

Ordered a sub , the young lady had to weigh the meat first did not change disposiable paper on scale that was contaminated with prior unknown meat? ,with a whole box of the disposiable paper right next to it .Also meat was falling off scale onto the counter......that had pieces of unknown product contaminated on surfaceAnd she just kept putting it back on the scale .I immediately said I did not have my wallet on me to not cause a scene apologized and left. I can't say anything bad about the customer service when I walked In I was greeted politely, and felt like a nice choice for lunch. But the complete disregard for clean and safe food prep ensured I will never stop here again.. Maybe this will change in the future, but I'll never know??‍♂️
