I have been coming to this burger king for years. As always staff is amazing. Food is great. The simple fact that I cannot get one single honey mustard to dip my fries in for a 15 dollar meal and you want to charge me for one sauce is absolutely crazy. Like 15 bucks covers this meal and some to not have to charge people for a couple of sauces. I will prolly not be coming back till I hear it's fixed cuz this is the dumbest thing I have heard of.

do not order though the app as they do not honor your order. ordered at 1027 and arrived exactly at 1030. they took my money and refused service. no way to contact customer service except a chat which takes 48 hours. should have just ordered McDonald's. This was my first app order and I won't be back.

I come through the drive thru for convenience, but they always take extremely long and when I asked to swap out my ranch sauce, the guy kept telling me it’s $.15. Why are you charge me $.15 if I am swapping it out in the managers just in the back laughing having a good old time while this is going on only come here if you don’t have another option, but McDonald’s and Taco Bell’s are right next to them so I guess you always will have another option. I like Burger King. I would love to come back, but I am just tired of the lack of service and consistency here please get it right

Best burger king in the Fredericksburg spotsylvania area mainly due to the employee Michael who has worked here for years he is the kindest person you will ever meet if you see ever having a bad day he will change that he calls you friend pal buddy offers you pure kindness and care and has complete knowledge of the menu I get very excited when I come here and he is working this guy deserves the world and I hope this franchise is treating him like a king!

had to pull around for three orders of chicken fires and ten min later there is no one in line inside or out and still nothing. I might as well have gone to McDonald's and waited five minutes in line versus getting ripped off at burger king.
