I worked in fast food before and my DM would never allow the drive through line to back up and wait as long as I did today. Drive through for over 30 minutes. Then when you get to the box to speak order, I had to wait again. The. When I got to the window to pay, they took the money fast and then made me wait another 15 minutes while they bagged four door dash orders. My food was hot, that’s why the food is 5 stars.

This Hardee's is local for me. The service is consistently mediocre, which is not really a surprise for a fast food place. On this visit it took my wife and me more than 20 minutes to receive our order. We both worked years in fast food so we know well that it was not 20 minutes worth of "busy." Having said that, the food was decent and fresh when we received it. I did report the fact that I observed a worker put his bare fingers on french fries as he moved them from the warming shelf into a bag. Major health department NO-NO but I do not believe this is a regular thing and I will return again.

I feel like this Hardee's location has really improved over time. I have lived here my whole life and have always loved the food but sometimes the service is so hit or miss. Here lately it's been great. The staff in the drive-thru are amazing. Very impressed!
Front counter was empty waited 2 minutes then the employee was incapable of speaking up like he was whispering I’m not hard of hearing but cmon speak up!

I stopped here with the sole intention of getting my mother, a chemotherapy patient, a chocolate milkshake. The drive thru attendant took my order and pulled me forward to the window where the manager informed me she "didn't have time to make me a shake"

Worst experience ever drive thru person was very rude and kept rushing me to order my food when I asked for a second to just look at the menu . And then when I was done he then begins to complain on the mic ( accidentally left it on ) saying that I was “ doing too much for no reason “ . Don’t know what the guys name is who I was speaking to , but if you go through drive through at night they are very rude . spoke to the manager about it says she “ understood “ but didn’t seem to do much about it . If this is the service they provide here no one should be coming here at all . and it wasn’t even busy I could see if it is busy but no one was at the store so the fact the worker was that rude seemed like he just didn’t want to work and if that’s the case he shouldn’t or atleast should not be the face of the company …..
