The food, service and ambiance were all top notch at Itavie. I had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and the desserts are amazing!

This is the first time I have been here. I ordered it to go. The restaurant is decorated very nice. The staff is friendly and the food was ready on time. I ordered pepperoni pizza and a classica pizza. I also ordered fettuccine Alfredo, fries and garlic knots. The food was tasty and filling. It was cooked just right. We will order from here again.

Just your normal family Italian restaurant. Nothing special and nothing bad. I was excited to try the pork chop meal and it was pretty basic. Okay spot for a family meal or a place to grab a bite if near but I wouldn’t go out of my way and would not go for a date night.

I visit Itavie once a month for lunch and always had good service. Today was exceptional service by Olivia! She was beyond helpful and so incredibly nice!! So glad to have met her!!

LOVE the food and service...but the last 3 times we've been here each time we order a piece of cake for dessert it has been stale. They pre-cut the desserts and they look amazing in the glass case (so I understand why they do it)...but honestly at the prices they charge for a piece of cake it shouldn't taste stale. I ignored it the first few times and just wrote it off to bad luck, but went there again last night and had the same experience. If they can fix this it's a 10/10 experience for me.
As soon as my brother said Itavie made their desserts in-house, I rushed over to grab some. As someone who loves lemon dessert, their Lemon Berry Mascarpone Cake is the best slice of cake I've ever had. It's the perfect balance of sweet and tart, the mascarpone and cake are very light but still filling. I didn't want to over-indulge and get myself two desserts so I'm kicking myself for not getting their lemon curd cake. I also tried the tiramisu and bread pudding I got for my ma and brother - both are desserts that I don't usually like but consider me converted! The customer service was excellent. The woman who took my order was very kind, took the time to answer my mom's many questions, and despite it being very busy, she still made small talk and didn't rush her.

Ate here last weekend. Liked it so much, we went back today (it’s about a 50 minute drive for us). The employees we’ve talked to are all pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious! I recommend the Pesto Tortellini with chicken. The garlic Parmesan fries were very good too and I don’t eat fries unless they’re worth it. Can’t go wrong with dessert either. The selection of homemade desserts is out of this world. I recommend the cheesecake (so creamy) and lemon cake. My husband had two of the chocolate dessert between the two weekends and really liked both. Last weekend my dad had coconut cake and Mom tiramisu. Everyone was happy, as well as our palettes. Must try!

Everything I ever said about Itavie being less than perfect has been corrected. The service is consistantly good. Today it was prefect! I had the greatest pizza ever and the desserts are phenomenal. Kudos to the management and ownership for a great long term transformation and success journey.Been going to Itavie now for three years, since they opened really. At first the service was terrible and the food was OK. Then eventually, the service got the kinks worked out and the food got even better. That was awesome. Now, we keep going because the food is awesome, but the service is just so sporadic. Like you never know if our when they'll give you plates or silverware, even after you eat your appetizer without them and have to ask for them. It's just things that should be automatic, that leave you wondering why the service is so bad in a place with food that is so good.
