My family and I decided to buy 4 fish sandwiches on Sunday from this location. One of the sandwiches didn't have a fish pattie on it. Just tons of tartar sauce. What a sick joke to play on a customer . They provided no apologies. They did give me another sandwich, and the employees had smirks on their faces. They should have offered something for my gas and time, such as a free item.

It seems like everytime I come here they mess up my order or forget something. The most recent time, I brought my kids and ordered for myself and my husband who wasn't present. It was a decent sized breakfast order;2 big breakfast platters with hotcakes(Sub sausage for a slice of cheese)2 egg and cheese biscuits1 Oatmeal1 mocha coffee4 fountain drinks2 apple pies4 strawberry Cream Pies....For context, I am a school bus driver and this particular day was a halfday. My kids (I take my homeschooled kiddos on the bus with me) and I were driven by another driver so us and 2 additional drivers could get some quick food and head back to pick up our students. So because our order was so big and took way longer than their single person orders, we grabbed our stuff and dashed back to the bus when it was ready where the other drivers had already been waiting. When we got back to our own bus, 10 minutes before the midday kids were to come out I was trying to set the kids up to eat and found that there were no utensils, no syrup for the Pancakes and no salt and pepper for the egg and cheese biscuits. Needless to say there was no way I could go back so we didn't end up eating until way later when hubby saved the day with a container of syrup and other supplies.

Not friendly at all no greeting etc order a coffee ask for everything on the side n she jus had it to me in my hand when I have the coffee in the other hand smh and no smiling just a blank face.

I ordered my food on the app as always, I places it at 945pm got to mcdonalds at 950 , apparently my order timed 9ut said the manager, meanwhile the money came out my account manager said I could get my food but I would have to pay again! FOR WHAT, THE 1ST ONE CAME OUT ALREADY..

I went through the drive-thru at 10:30pm and ordered four holiday pies and a large hot chocolate. The process was straight and to the point but I did not feel rushed. I got to the window and another person accepted my payment and I declined a receipt. They came back with a small bag containing my pies and informed me they were waiting for the hot chocolate. They came back shortly after with the hot chocolate but as soon as the window opened they asked if I was told they were out of whipped cream. I informed them I was not but it was okay.When I went to eat my first pie I saw the "Enjoy By" time was 2 hours before I received them. For someone who had been waiting a year for holiday pies, this was upsetting. Since it was so late in the evening I was honestly expecting to have to wait for fresh pies anyway. I was trained in 2013 that food and tea should be discarded after the sticker times just like the food in the warmers have their own timers. So if the pies are kept 2 hours too long, I wonder about the freshness of everything else. Glad I didn't order any actual food!
