We met this place in January 2022, we were visiting from Texas recently, avian opened the year before, it really had potential, the place is nice and fresh, we met the owner, very friendly, last year we moved here and we've visited a couple of times but I really liked it. It was surprising that they have neglected the place regarding their service, I am Mexican and I always bought an extra tortilla, but on this occasion they did not want to sell it, that is fine, but when I received my order my side was cold, it was not fresh it was taken from the refrigerator and heated in the microwave and only the bottom was heated, I am very sorry that small details change your point of view, I hope they can correct that and continue to be a pleasant place ?

I called to advise I was there to be told the kitchen didn't get the order even tho I had ordered Over 1 hrs ago. They said 15 mins more I waited 20 mins at curbside no one came. I went inside ...they like oh yes its ready let me bag it ....There's only one lady cooking and one lady running the register And bagging orders.No food screen just paper tickets taped to the register area . They have radio ads which how I heard about them but not the staff to keep up. I couldn't get mad anymore after seeing this... they were trying.They advised they were out of mild sauce.I checked my bag....i missing an item ...They didn't make it...I had to wait for it.They want business so radio adsThey want to be modern so online orderingThey want to be competitive so curbsideBut they aren't ready fot it ...it's a small place that simply cannot provide all that.Now the food....10/10Was very impressedGreat food but needs upgrades to keep with orders and more staff.

I had the rotisserie chicken with fried rice. The chicken tastes like any chicken you can buy at a supermarket. The fried rice wasn't great either. The girl in charge must hate her job because she looked annoyed and wasn't courteous. The whole experience was really bad. This is the second time I've come to this place and it hasn't improved. Chicken Run Express is a lot better.

Ordered with Uber eats. None of the sauces were included in the bag... the whole point of Peruvian chicken and fried yuca is the sauces. Chicken was dry. Mashed potatoes tasted like a tv dinner.

I’m not a local but every-time I pass by Spotsylvania/Fredericksburg my only condition to my husband is to have a meal from Polito Chicken. They have not disappointed. Hardworking staff/crew. I’m very pleased with my meals.So far I have ordered the chicken, almost all the sides, drinks and the mango cake! Omg! That’s yummy! ?Parking: Many

Ordered online for in store pickup. Order said food would be done in 15 mins. I guess the two chicken subs were done in 15 mins then sat while they made fries. Said they were having trouble with frier. Once my husband got home with our food the subs were cold and soggy. Meat wasn't really favorable and covered in way to much mayo. Fries were soggy as well so I'm not sure why we waited 45 minutes.....

My friend ordered from here and the only good thing was the french fries. The rice was under cooked that I could not finish it, the chicken was dry and had no flavor what so ever.

Blown away! I expected this to be the typical Peruvian chicken place but everything was much better! I've had other Peruvian chicken places in the surrounding area and this is so far the best! The chicken was packed full of flavor and was moist, the fried rice delicious, and omg she made fresh fried yuca! To freaking die for! The 2 ladies were nice, and the inside was very pretty and clean. I'll definitely be back. She gave me extra sauce, all ya gotta do is ask! Super yummy yellow sauce :)
