Bought dinner there today for my family and I'm not impressed. The burgers, in my opinion, had absolutely no flavor to them. The wings were smoked and all pink inside, which I did not care for. The crinkle cut fries were good, fresh and salty. The staff was friendly.The food was overpriced and not that good in my opinion, which was upsetting as I was very excited to try them.Edited: My daughter wanted to try their burgers again, so we stopped for a burger meal for her. I'd decided to try their butter pecan ice cream. Look at the size of that 2 scoop cone. It was huge and delicious. My daughter ate every bite of her meal and everything was fresh and looked good.I'm glad we went back today.I don't however like how one of the people working approached the window while I was ordering and said "your not going to give us a bad review, are you".I should be allowed to leave MY honest review about an establishment and not have to worry about being treated any certain way because of it.

These folks have it all together. Service is great, food is outstanding. The burnt ends are so good. They even have Richlands creamery Eggnog, which is Da Bomb. I highly recommend stopping by for a bite.You won't regret it.

I've been a fan of snack shack for a long time. It seemed like it went downhill a couple of years ago, but the new owners did not disappoint at all. They were so nice and the food was amazing! Fresh, hot & well seasoned. I'm so happy they are back & better than I could have imagined. We will definitely be regular customers.
