Auntie Anne’s is the best and number 1!!! And a classic. Always will be. There cinnamon sugar pretzels and nuggets are delicious. My personal favorite. The other ones like pepperoni are good aswell! I definitely recommend. They are very quick at this location too!!

Food is good, like every other Auntie Anne's I have gone to. Generally you eat with your hands anyway though it was a little difficult. When I got my pretzel they put it in a large bag instead of the normal pocket holder which made eating more cumbersome.

This location should really spend the extra money to invest in atleast toothpicks to eat with.? This is the only location where you ask for something to eat with and they never have anything. How cheap seriously.

I never seen Terrible customer service like Auntie Anne's. I have a pickup order for doordash but am waiting above 15 minutes.

These mini hotdogs taste so different with what we usually eat at auntie Anne's. I bought for kids amd tried it, omg, taste so yak!!! Idk what they did to messed up with delicious one. I wish I tried before my kids almost finish it, so I can return it! And so much butter on the top ((

I love these pretzels! And I haven't been here since covid. I ordered a lemonade and it wasn't as sweet as I like it but that's ok. It was the next time I went the lemonade tasted like soap. Not sure if it wasn't cleaned throughly or if it's the actual lemonade. It was just plain lemonade. No flavors Other than that the employees were kind and greeted me .

Stopped here during a quick mall visit and treated myself to a pretzel. I did the order ahead and picked up at the counter. Breezy and efficient and flavorful pretzel! The staff was very friendly too.

Nice tasting Auntie Anne's. Always swing by for a manly hungry pang. There are a total of 3 (three) Auntie Anne's at Potomac Mall. For some d*** reason Yelp won't mark them. Rebel Review: 4

They're open!! And the pretzels are delicious as always. They're also having a deal right now not sure for how long. By three items get one free

Auntie Anne's is always my favorite comforting snack at the mall. The smell of the baked dough always attracts me when I'm a few feet away. We got two kinds: small cup of mini pretzel dogs ($4.99) and larger cup of mini pretzel with cinnamon sugar ($4.59). It's consistently good as other Auntie Anne's locations (except airports).

No drink(coke) refill? It is so disappointing. Other than that, everything else is fine

This location was right outside of the store we were shopping and my son LOOOOOVES Auntie Anne's (as do I, shhhhhh lol) so we both got a little treat. The place was very clean and the young lady behind the counter was very courteous and polite. She quickly greeted us, took our order, served us with a smile, and we were on our way. What more could you ask for?! However, I have two minor issues with this location; hence the four stars. First, is that this location does not have the jalapeí±o pretzel (yep, this girl likes it hot). Why they don't offer it? I'm not sure. One kind of expects/hopes for the same menu as other locations. So instead, I opted for the roasted garlic Parmesan with a bottled water & my son got the cinnamon sugar & a frozen lemonade. Second, is that my pretzel only had seasoning on the bottom half which, of course, was an overload and not very pleasant to eat. If we end up at this location again in the future, I will remember to ask that they please evenly distribute the seasoning. ;)

Before you poo poo over my five star rating on a longstanding food court fixture, you should know that my scale is based on comparing location of franchise X with my collective life experiences at all other franchise X's I've ever been to. After multiple visits at various Auntie Anne's, I can honestly say the one within the Springfield Mall, specifically the one on the ground floor, makes the best version of their soft pretzels I have ever had. I pretty much want no part of Auntie Anne's anywhere else because it always ends in disappointment. You know how in Spinal tap the volume dial goes up to eleven instead of the usual ten? These pretzels exceed the utmost upper limit with a solid eleven in terms of flavor, texture, temperature, and critical balance of salt and butter. I'm convinced that it has less to do with the cheap labor with high turnover, but must be some special fryer in the back regularly refilled with unicorn oil or a final dusting with cocaine infused salt crystals. If the most interesting man in the world does not always drink beer or eat soft pretzels, when he does he would have a Dos Equis in one hand and one of these Auntie Anne's pretzels in the other.
