The Bun Bo Hue and Bun Mam here have no flavor at all. We advise you not to order these 2 items.

**Please note that their Chicken Pho uses beef broth and NOT chicken broth** unlike other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve visited. My friend has gout so he cannot eat any beef. We initially checked with one worker to see if chicken pho uses chicken broth and he kept nodding. However, our broth we received was brown so we double checked again and was told it had beef broth. They were apologetic and agreed to change their menu to include this important info

The wings were good, as were the crispy Thai spring rolls. The dac biet platter was delicious and unique with a crispy shrimp wrap. Plentiful and delicious. The beef pho was meh because it had too much coriander. It was our least favorite. Gave the broth an off taste. Spoke to the owner as she said you can order it without the coriander. That's what I recommend for a more authentic pho experience. I think they specialize in the clay pot. Anyway, I recommend overall.

The absolute best bun bue hue and the area. Soup has very good authentic flavor and very good portions. Bun bue hue did not disappoint. Maybe the best bun bue hue I've had in the area. It was my first time here found them on uber eats and went to pick it up cause it was cheaper. Can't wait to try there all beef traditional pho. I've literally been to a majority of pho places in there area this was is top quality. The restaurant name bistro speaks for itself.

food seems a bit westernized, pho is just okay mainly salty without as much beefy or spiced flavors, service is very hit or miss

I used to come to this place all the time before it was sold, so I was really interested to see how much it has changed. The ambiance is very nice, and has a new modern look to it. It's a great place to come for celebrations since they accommodate for large parties. Food wise, I wish I had better things to say. If you don't have high standards for Vietnamese food, this is a great place to try. The pho broth was great, it was very hearty. The vermicelli had a great flavor, but the meat could have been a bit saucier. I love my vermicelli with more dressing, but it wasn't bad. Overall, it was OK. Considering the price, I would not say it's worth around $20 for something you can try elsewhere. If you're planning to visit with a large party, I definitely think it's a nice place to go to. Just consider that the prices have drastically increased. The service was good, as they were kind and quick with our orders. If you're willing to spend the extra money, it might be worth a try. It's a great place to meet with friends or family, it just comes with a high price.

I had heard great things about Brothers and couldn't wait to try the food here. I must say the food here lived up to the hype. The interior is nothing special, very basic, but that's not why you come here. The shrimp summer rolls we started off with were so good, the wrappers come out dry and you dip them in water to soften just enough before you roll your own. This took a bit of instruction from our server to get the texture just right, but there is nothing like a fresh wrapped summer roll to start your meal! The pho here was a hit, delicious broth with heaps of noodles. The brisket and tai were tender and melted in your mouth. We also ordered the fish and shrimp hot pot, which was the highlight of our meal. The sauce they cooked this in (I think mostly black bean with carmelized sugar and soy) was delightful. The fish was super tender and went beautifully with some white rice. Overall we had a fantastic lunch at Brothers. Every dish was executed perfectly and the service is friendly and attentive. I can't wait to let more of my friends know about this hidden gem.
