I understand sometimes the restaurant can be short on staff. But however is handling online order should focus on getting the orders right. My bowl came without certain ingredients and really the taste is isn’t the same. Opted for something else for lunch.

This is the second time I have ordered a burrito and received a bowl, while the sticker on the bowl itself and the bag say BURRITO. My order is also missing the bag of chips I paid for which is also listed ON THE STICKER. The quality of service at this location has gone so far down hill they won’t even read. I recommend this place to no one.

First place to ever charge for extra rice. Protein costs going up makes sense, but more than a dollar for extra rice, and not to be told about it until paying is wild. Literally not even a line item as extra rice, they are charging it as a side. Will not be coming back to this location, and chipotle is no longer a customer friendly/cost effective fast casual restaurant anymore.

Don’t waste your time after a long day of work to try and get food from this chipotle between 10-11pm they’re more worried about cleaning with 6 plus people they have working and going home the last hour than actually satisfying or taking an order. A better reference would be coco Rico about 10 mins down the street also open until 11pm worth every cent not spent at the Saratoga shopping center chipotle. the one fat girl been working there for years and still sucks at her job it doesn’t make sense, told me someone would be right with us as she proceeds to wipe counter down for 3 mins I see why citizens just trying to get a burrito bowl have pulled out pistols before at this location it’s not the customers but it is the lack of management inside the infrastructure and influences beyond overdue on leaving the establishment and lack of leadership in this facility that is disappointing…all in all the night crew sucks not so sure on the day crew good luck everyone

Poor management!! Came here to get dinner and was greeted with “we’ll be right with you” as the lady continues to wipe the counter down. Minutes has passed still standing there watching the employees (about 5 of them) walk back and forth doing their own thing. Instead the lady who was wiping the counter down then turns around and starts having a private conversation with her co-worker. Ended up leaving because no one came to serve me. Don’t waste your time here. This is not the first time this has happened. Employees here need training and needs a better management system. To me all I see is just laziness, employees waiting on one another to see who will jump in first to serve customers with no intentions on ever helping.

I come here often, however the most recent times I’ve ordered from this location have been very disappointing. When ordering take out, I expected my bowl to have a decent amount of rice, steak, and veggies. These most recent visits have provided me with only half of the bowl when I pay the normal price. I’m still left hungry as this portion would be the equivalent to half the price. Disappointed.

The last time I ordered I got the brown rice and it was undercooked. This time my roommate went to order food and they, yet again, don't have steak ready and rolled their eyes when he asked for it. Somehow they never have steak ready to go and for some reason it's a problem to order it?

They need to train their people how to roll burritos. I ordered a carne asada burrito and it was a mess! The whole burrito was loose! It looks like a toddler rolled this burrito!

Out of all the Chipotle's in the area, this place has the smallest borritos and bowls Ive seen. The employee's were definitely divided, and knew it was wrong. This was the 2nd time this happened this week to our office, first time we thought it was a fluke. I suggest going to the one near amazon fresh in lorton. Unless you like to over-pay for mediocre food, this place use to be good.

I bought 3 bowls. A chips and guacamole. The guacamole was dark greenish to rotten. I didn't notice when she put it in my bag. Not until I got home and that thing tasted rotten. Also the poco de gallo. Tasted weird like they blended everything rather than dice it. Everything was disgusting. $35.00 tossed in the trash!!! ?
