The staff here is terrible and I should have just left but my daughter was hungry after swimming. The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. The manager and line staff speak poorly about customers in Spanish in front of them due to assuming the customer will not understand. This is the second time we have been to this location and the last.

"The service here the last 2 times I've either ordered in-store or online has been subpar. I'm very disappointed. I even extended my break to go back and have my order fixed, but was dismissed by the cashier who continued to walk past me for 8 minutes. They were all acting slow, for real. This location needs customer service training, and someone to translate, because the attitude I was given was because the cashier assumed I spoke Spanish. When I didn't answer her back the way she thought, she was rolling her eyes. Yeah, I'll never order from this site again, ever."The wait time to have my order fix was crazy as well in total i spent 27 min picking up my online order.

UPDATE: as Im eating, I bite into a piece of bone and chip my tooth! Stay away!!I recently visited Chipotle and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The two employees working seemed to be in a sour mood from the moment I walked in. Not only were they extremely rude, but they also insisted on charging extra for additional scoops of basic toppings like tomatoes, corn, sour cream, cheese, or lettuce. One of the workers even became visibly upset with my order, slamming items onto the counter and into the bag. When I tried to ask questions about my order, they completely ignored me.To top it off, the lobby was incredibly dirty, which added to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service and cleanliness standards from a well-known chain like Chipotle. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.

The Manager that currently works there is very unprofessional! Her staff on the food line was understaffed and the line was almost to the door moving extremely slow because she chooses to barely help her staff and not take care of the line but chooses to stock up on napkins instead of vegetables and sour cream that’s needed for her customers.. this is not the first time noticing how unprofessional she is. I am a regular and love chipotle but the manager is the problem at this location. Do better!
