I ordered a cake in person for my 5-year old’s birthday and I specifically asked if they could put dinosaurs on it. I asked a couple of times because I think this was above the clerk’s pay grade, taking cake orders. She assured me that there would be dinosaurs. I go to pick it up? For starters, they didn’t even finish the cake yet, and so of course, there were no dinosaurs. The clerk on duty today said that they only do lettering. If I had known, I could have picked up some plastic dinosaurs to stick on there, but it’s too late now.Good job ruining a 5-year old’s birthday cake. At least Carvel in Arlington will make a cake in the color you want and will manage your expectations for what they can do in terms of decoration. Total disappointment.

Royal Cheesecake blizzard disgusting. The cheesecake chunks were hard, rough, and stale. This is not acceptable or normal for DQ. Please do better don’t sell this if these aren’t eatable, we pay for the food and service.Please ask yourself if you would eat this? If not don’t feed your customers.

Checked online and says they are open until 10pm and it was updated 2months ago.....I go this evening at 9 and they said sorry were closed.....the attitude from the people working was also rude about the situation when I asked about the time situation....dint waste your time or money at risk location as they seem to choose when they close and when they want to serve customers...

The service here is always pleasant but slooooow. I feel like we usually have to wait awhile to order (even when the line isn't very long) the ice cream is always delicious (Blizzards are fantastic, as are the sundaes, shakes and cones) but take them to go...the ambiance isn't great. The lighting in there is really bright/harsh, which makes it easy to see how dirty it is in there.

Terrible and extremely frustrating - truly an embarrassment for the corporation. Went at 9:30 for some late night ice cream assuming it closed at 10 (which it says on google) and the schedule on the building said it closed half an hour ago. THEN checked the reviews and saw that another costumer reported the same issue MONTHS ago, to which the company responded that they would fix. Extremely disappointed with Dairy Queen >:(
