We have ordered from this location about 5 times since we moved into the neighborhood in July. The pizza is consistently correct, delivered quickly and hot by kind and respectful drivers. Last night a pizza arrived with an ingredient that I always request to be removed in my order. I called the store to confirm if it was my mistake or theirs and even thought it was my mistake, the man I spoke with graciously offered to deliver a replacement pizza. Thank you for the great customer service sir, we will certainly order from you again.

If I could I would give this place no stars. Order 2 LG pizza, and bread sticks and a 2 liter. Why did they mixed up our order with someone down the street. I called them and told them and they let the driver know the driver came back picked up the other ppl order then went back to their house grabbed our order and dropped our order to our house after someone had it already in their house and took a slice from our order.. this place needs to be shut down. If that every happened you go back and remake the order again not switch them off.

I mistakenly selected the wrong sauce when I bought five pizzas and after getting it in my car, I realized my error and returned it to the shop.Wren was friendly and helped me place a new order for pizza. I sincerely appreciated his assistance. I always visit this place since it's very lovely and clean.This consumer has my utmost satisfaction

All pizzas were burnt and they put wrong ingredients on the pizza as well. It’s quite remarkable how one can mess up this bad when clear instructions are provided

Delivery driver lied about my hotel not allowing delivery to room door. He called me and said that they don't allow that. I've ordered twice earlier this same week and they dropped to my door. I went down to hotel front desk and they told him to to ake it to my room and said I'm not going up there.

This pizza was good but now they are not making the pizza as fresh as it used to be. Yesterday We had our regular order which is Brooklyn specialty pizza (Philly cheesesteaks, buffalo chicken, and cheeseburger) all of them didn’t look right or fresh ingredients used in them.Disappointed, now gotta look for a new pizza place :(
