On my search for good Chinese food in West Springfield . I have found Hong Kong Express is one of the best Chinese food in the area. Their food is seasoned, customer service is adequate and ambiance is a carry out with enough seating for atleast 6 different families. Worth the try if you are in the area
We've never been in to eat so can't say anything about the atmosphere but we order from here a lot and love the all the people and the food. I'm assuming that since all of the folks that deliver to us and the people we talk to on the phone when order are so nice, the atmosphere there must be nice as well.

The salt and pepper tofu has been a big hit in our family. We have been ordering that and the sesame chicken. We also like their pan fried noodle and beef and broccoli. Most of their food is like the standard Chinese food but I like ordering here because the staff seem more pleasant and to order is simple through the app.
