I've been here before and decided to get food for dinner. This is not the first time it has happened, either. I don't know why they have you standing there for 5 min and no one comes to ask for your order. They didn't even try to help me. They looked at me like I was bothering them. So I left. Be prepared for them to just look at you and stand there without asking you what you want. Food is okay, but expensive. Service suxs so bad. If you want to be treated like you have a disease and want to know how it feels, go there.

Food did not taste good, small portions and too expensive. I won't come back. I got stomachache after eating food here.

I always stop to eat here whenever I go to Costco since it is located on Backlick Road. I read all the negative reviews that are fake or out of prejudice from people who have not tasted the food from here. I have been to this restaurant since it opens during COVID. It is the best Filipino food in Fairfax County. It is a reasonable price. If you go to Pinay Kitchen in Woodbridge, you will find terrible food at $14 for the same sweet sausage, eggs, and rice for $10 here at Kamayan. It is mom and pop owner, not McDonalds. I go and see that she is helping other customers. I wait patiently to get good food and service from a family run business with 3 workers.I lived in til I drove here to eat once in a while of as often as I can. I love port and sausages. Her fried eggs are better than my own cook fried eggs. I ask for soy or fish sauce, and she will give it to me.As a regular customer, I have not seen one ant or coachroach since the restaurant opened until today, 21 March 2024. And, I never get upset stomach here. I even bought pork and drove to my foster mother in Fredericksburg. She likes it and asked me where I got her lunch.

This is the best Filipinos restaurant in Northern Virginia. The owner put lots of effort into making a favor of food. You must try it and will come back for more.

We had a terrible experience at Kamayan Fiesta restaurant in Springfield, VA. Not only was the food subpar, but the owner's behavior was completely unprofessional. We asked why they need our address to complete a transaction when we're picking up the food. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, the owner resorted to name-calling and sarcasm. It's clear the owner takes any feedback personally and make assumptions about customers rather than taking responsibility for their shortcomings. If you piss off the owner, she'll fight you back. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs. She’s not the only Filipino restaurant/store in the DMV. The other Filipino restaurants/stores like Manila Oriental and Kababayan to name a few will treat you far better than her.

simply put, the customer service is impersonal and has no idea what Filipino food is about. and she wanted to charge me $1 extra for an additional serving for Mang Tomas sauce! I have never heard of that or will tolerate that. No more business their way! People, thi is not worth your money!

Food was good not great. I also bought putoflan because I was told it was just made in the early morning. I took a bite and texture did not feel fresh. I wish businesses should not lie to customers, but this is the country we live in. We lie to people to earn money.

The food is authentic Pinoy and they offer various delicious dishes from different parts of the Philippines. They always have the staple pancit and they are generous with their rice. I come here a couple of times a week and have taken my friends who now love the place too. Thank you for bringing home to me.

Foods are cooked with pride. It really feels like you are in the Philippines eating your favorite food. I will visit again when I am back in the DC area.

Halo Halo is HUGE!! Biggest I've ever seen. Recommend if you know what you want to call ahead to order otherwise there'll be a wait. The other food looked old and dry. I got the pancit and it was just ok, kinda salty. I won't come back for food, maybe just halo halo. It's a typical Filipino fast food restaurant. There are tables to sit down but if you're expecting a waiter you won't get that here. There are some dry goods for sale and desserts in the fridge but this isn't a fancy place.

This is a small carry out with some tables to eat; where the food is delicious, and not oily (like some other places in the area). service is greatParking: Strip mall parking

This place is getting worse and worse. 2nd time coming here in less than a month and the service is bad and the lady was up charging me for some foods. I’ll just do the extra minutes drive to Kababayan.

Great food, smallish selection so get there early before they run out. If you go you have to get the Halo Halo. It’s better here than in the Philippines. It is jam packed with goodies.
