Service was outstanding, friendly, quick all things considered. Emir was the crew member that helped me, he did a fantastic job. Only reason I can give 5 starts it it is about 95 degrees inside the building!!!! I can’t even imagine working here I would pass out if I had to work here. I hope there management does something to fix it soon. It’s extremely unfair to the workers and Not an inviting environment for business!

Pay the dough get the dough. This place is the worst little Ceasar pizza ever. The last 3 trips here I have received a dough pizza with no sauce and very little cheese. I took it back and the manager had the audacity to argue with me telling me that I ordered the classic and that is what the classic looks like. It looked like breadsticks!!!! He eventually conceded and remake the pizza as he handed it to me he said if I want extra cheese order the extra pizza. Well today I paid the extra $$$dough and what did I get. Another breadstick pizza. This time I took It back and they remade it, but still barely put any sauce on it. Seems like the sauce and cheese decided they didn't like to visits this store either. I know Little Caesars is cheap, but man this store is CHEAP and CHINTZY. NEVER visit this store unless you are drunk. The bread pizza will sober you up quick.

I ordered several pizzas and one of them was supposed to be without cheese. It appeared as though there was cheese, which my husband cannot have. However, after talking with the manager it might have been the dough. Either way, I asked for a refund for the one pizza, and the manager was nice enough to oblige. Then, when I got home and looked at the receipt, I noticed the manager refunded the whole order. So I just wanted to share that the rest of the food was delicious, and a full refund was not necessary, but I appreciate that they cared enough to do that. Very nice people!

Isn’t the essence of Caesars to always have a pizza ready? This location is directly across from a HUGE apartment complex, yet I have NEVER EVER EVER (in four years) been there when they had a pizza ready to go. Their excuse? “Sorry, we just sold the last one”, or “We’re about ready to close”. What?? - unless, of course, the owner’s only goal is to save money, and not ever have a pizza left over at the end of the day :-/Skip this place and buy a frozen pizza at Giant next door.

I arrived at this store to pickup an order for an app based delivery service, whereupon the employee there told me the order was not in the system. I contacted tech support to clear this up, and the company I am working for attempted to call the store to resolve the issue. I could actually hear the phone ringing in the back. However, all of the employees present ignored the phone and as a result the order was just cancelled. Thoroughly unprofessional.

I have now had two orders in a row get delivered to me that was missing a pizza from the order and I was unable to get the pizza without going up to the location since Doordash delivers for them. I called the store and both times I had to deal with a rude and obnoxious employee that wouldn't give me to a manager because "They are not here. They won't be here for 20 minutes." Very interesting that it was 20 minutes both times I called. Just HORRIBLE service. Thanks for stealing money from me. Good thing I don't need it.
