I went here for dinner with some friends. This was the best Maggianos I’ve been to. The service was amazing. The food was delicious everything was perfect. I had the filet which was fantastic. All the dishes that were brought out were perfect.

I recently stopped here for dinner one evening and was glad I did. The food was excellent and my server, Jessica, was outstanding. She checked in on me several times to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I really appreciate seeing that in a server and thank her for great service.

First visit and very happy we chose Maggiano’s ! The food was delicious! Pasta dish was yummy. Salad was delicious. Ranch dressing was great!

The food was nowhere near good enough to make up for the absolute trash customer service. I thought wearing a white shirt meant you were to be even more professional than the rest, but the absolute d*bag in the bar area proved me wrong.Glad he enjoyed making us wait 20 mins for a check, occasionally looking over to laugh and mutter insults.

We were hosting a party of 24 people and ordered the Chicken Picatta - it was superb! I was afraid it would be a little dry because of the time, but they had it sitting in plenty of juices, and the gave us all the materials, chaffing dishes, sterno, etc. to have it set up and warm for our guests. The did a superb job packing it for our consumption. The entree came with bread (which was high quality), butter, plate and utensil services - in short, everything we could have needed. This is our third time ordering from them and have been so pleased each time. Thank you to the whole catering crew! Nat, Kathi, Crystal, Jacob, Jose and Ellas (I had them write down all their names since it was a team effort!). You truly have blessed so many people, including my family and friends

To start the restaurant was very cold. It was warm out, not hot but the AC was on full blast. I kept my coat on throughout dinner. We asked a few questions about dairy in certain recipes. Got a lot of "I don't know" but no offer to check on it. Our food was only OK and quickly cold! My husband ordered a marsala and that was more of a brown gravy with no wine. BLAH

Not impressed, more disappointed. Started with my cocktail lacking garnish or balanced taste. I asked the waitress about it who then proceeded to tell me that they do not garnish cocktails that get "ran" out. She then brought me garnish for ME to put on my cocktail.The meal, shrimp scampi, was just as disappointing, the spaghetti was firm.Part of me wants to believe this is an accident, an odd night, a random poor encounter (I hope so). But this is a turning point in a restaurant that is letting its standards go to hell. Whose to blame? It always starts with the top.

We had a great meal today. Our waiter Jesse was genuinely a nice person and very attentive. We had stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were plentiful and delicious. The Caesar salad was fresh and the lasagna was yummy. I had 3 meatballs that I couldn’t finish because I ate too much bread with olive oil but they sure were delicious so I took 2 home. All in all the ambiance and over all meal was extraordinary. The restaurant is decorated nicely with white tablecloths.

The Chicken Francaise was tasteless and not very warm. The potatoes were greasy and not cooked in fresh oil.

Maggiano's Banquet is great. You're able to reserve a space and put on a banquet with the restaurant helping. They provide all the food and the nice thing, since the space is right adjacent to the restaurant the food is totally fresh. It also allows you to add menu items at the last minute that you wouldn't be to otherwise.

Wanted classic Italian food, knowing that Maggiano's offers a variety of tasty selections. Today, our server not only "pushed" us to order our food, they continuously returned to the table with food in their mouth. Our bread was placed on the table without silverware or napkins and we had to ask another staff member for utensils and napkins. Our meal arrived without an additional plate to share and the server never returned until our meal was done. The additional classic pasta that we ordered to take home never arrived, but the server was certainly able to drop the check without issue. No bother, addressed the lack of attentiveness with courteous management and settled up before walking out. Too bad, was less than stellar experience. Should have eaten at the bar; bartender was very pleasant and personable. Good luck with your experience, if you so wish!
