My husband and I tried the Esquite with takis and a Mangonada yesterday (03/24/24) and honestly we were really disappointed... the esquite just tasted like plain corn with flavorless cream and I've had esquites before and they had flavor whether it was condiments or just plain salt but what I had yesterday was just warm corn with mayo nothing special... The mangonada... SUPER disappointing! The cup was filled to the top with mango and at the bottom was very little mango ice cream that tasted awful... and aside from the disappointment of our purchase the cashier was rude...

This place is my go to every time but I had an awful experience today. I got an elote on a stick with takis, when i see the elote it BARELY had takis on it. I told the lady and she was like, the Takis slips out of the Elote, which I may understand that but she just barely added takis on it and I know that we have to pay more if we want to add toppings to it, which I DID, so I find that very unfair that she didn’t even try to add takis and she just kept taking back. This happened about 15 mins ago.

mangonada was bomb but i recommend getting different chocolate for the chocofresas because it taste like someone found the chocolate on the ground and put it on the strawberries, tastes cheap and gross

I adore this shop! I work nearby, so I am always visiting this location. All the staff members are super nice and friendly. I love how efficient and quickly they are because I have placed an order for 15 mangonadas and they managed QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. MangoLina is my favorite mangonada shop in the DMV.The mango twist are pretty. I like the presentation of the frapes. Not a huge fan of the horchata since it taste more Mexican base than Salvadorian in my opinion. The choco- banano is pretty good but not a traditional choco-banano where it’s meant to be frozen.

This is my third time at this location and it never disappoints. We just visited yesterday because I saw they were having a promotion on IG for their birthday and selling $1 mangonadas with no cap! I immoderately knew I had to go as this is usually about $7-8. My friend and I went to buy ourselves some and I bought another one for my mom (3=$3.18). We went around 1pm a couple of hours after opening and were pleasantly surprised to not see a line yet (they did end up having a long line later on in the day per their IG). The customer service was decent and I didn't know they had remodeled so I was a bit sad to see their art wall go but it was nice to see that the workers had more space to work/move around since it's a small storefront. The mangonadas were a 10/10 for me and my friend! Mangoes were sweet and not too overpowered by the spice. Additionally, they had like a creamy mango sorbet at the bottom which is a new addition but sooo good!!My Hispanic mama on the other hand gave it a 7/10. (She's hard to please so this is actually a good rating from her lol) I can't wait to come back! P.S. their dulce de fresas is super yummy and sweet too!

OMG!!! Saw this young lady walking out the mall and had to ask her where did she get those desserts from. And she said mangolina. I was like where is that place. My kids and I went to the mall map and were looking for the store. We started walking to look for it and the young was like I’ll show where the store is. The fresh fruit dulce strawberry w/bananas was so good I had to buy two. I also order the strawberry smoothie, that was delicious as well. The hidden gems I find never fail me.

Came here last Sunday with family to try since I follow the owner on instagram and it seemed good. Mangonada was good, their corn was okay, it would've been better if they did layers of the cheese and mayo instead of only putting it on the bottom and top. Would've given a 4/5 but the cashier that day had attitude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. not welcoming at all like Mauricio promotes his stores to be.

We tried this for the first time and weren't sure what to expect. It was an interesting experience. We tried their signature Mangonada, this was pretty good. Basically it's raw mangos with different toppings, the best part was they include a straw coated with tamarind paste! The other items we got were Elote Loco on stick, this is pretty much corn on the cob topped with mayo, mustard and cheese, the taste was okay. Elote in a cup was similar, corn with the same condiments as the stick version, this tasted better though. Finally desert was Dulce strawberry with bananas, condensed milk with fruits topped with whipped cream - yum!!?
