I am very pleased with my experience at Mezeh. From the minute I got there, everyone was very friendly and polite. One of the employees, Andrea, offered to help me sign up to become a member which comes with rewards and discounts. The food was delicious and very filling. I was even offered recommendations from one of the managers, Josue. Highly recommend for anyone at the mall!

Every single time I order for pickup, they never have it ready. If it was busy there I would understand but it never is so I don't know why this happens every single time. I always have to wait an extra 7-10 minutes. I order pick up for a reason and this really cuts into my time.

Last two times this place has had rocks for rice. Not sure what the issue is but go to another location. The one in Woodbridge is better. I will not be back. Waste of money for having to toss food in the trash because the rice is inedible.

I am one of the most frequent customers at this place as well the location in Woodbridge, the food is very delicious and healthy, especially for me who is on a strict diet, I generally order a small plate due to my health situation that does not allow me to eat much and no carbohydrates, and this place is exceptional for me but honestly in my last visits to Springfield Mall location. I had a very bad experience with the staff. They were not friendly at all and they treated me as if they were giving me the food for free, they limited me a lot with the portions. Honestly a very big difference from a couple months ago. In one of my last visits I ordered a big plate thinking to have better treatment and I have the same experience. This time I ordered as usual but the experience was even worse. They told me that I can have only 4 portions and it was ok for me but the portions are extremely, extremely small, However there is no sign there that shows how many portions you should take. Honestly the food is really good, delicious and healthy, but the staff are very unfriendly. They made me feel so uncomfortable. They really make me think about never returning to this place again, not only because of the portion of the food but also because of the way they serve you, they make you lose your appetite.Dietary restrictions: No fat, not carbohydrates.

The dissatisfaction I have is that there is no professional suggestions to help you select what goes into the bowl. They once had a menu showing suggestions but now it gone and no one helps you understand what goes good together.
