I would be very careful and observant eating at this place! Went in for lunch the place was completely empty which is understandable for the time we went which was around 2PM. They brought out an appetizer, I could tell that the fried rice was very old and had not been made fresh. That wasn’t a huge issue but when the soup came out is when the problem started, my soup smelled very strongly of bleach! I smelled it a bunch of times to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind… I even had my friend smell it as well. We checked the utensils to make sure that it wasn’t actually the utensils and not the soup… It was indeed the soup! I’m not sure it it was an accident or what but I felt sick to my stomach! I was so upset I got up and left without saying a word to them. My friend did stay and tell them the issue for which she blamed on the dishes… I smelled the actual soup tho and it was the soup. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

We came from New Jersey for Cherry Blossom weekend. And we love Thai Authentic food. Some of our Thai friend recommends this place. We had a very fantastic night ever. All the staff are very lovely and patient. We are sorry if we’re making noise but it’s really good and joyful with the song they turned on ? also the food are incredible! All the sauce is amazing. I recommended Mah lah sauce not too spicy. The meat are fresh and good quality.

As a super hotpot lover, this is my first time try Thai hotpot. I would say it’s a great experience. Their soup base, sauce and food quality are awesome! My husband and I love Thai spicy food and we were very satisfied. The only downside of this place is that their fish sauce smell in the restaurant is extremely strong, but I understand it’s hard to avoid given the soup base has to be on stove the whole time. Highly recommend. A great local small business!!

There's a new flavor in town and it's about time. Others have been doing Thai tom yum but this place is authentic. They're young Thai entrepreneurs offering new hotpot flavors from their homeland. Let me tell you, the family thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Personally. I wonder if a curry pot is also a flavor in the streets of Bangkok.Vegetarian options: One can opt for just vege selectionParking: More spaces can be found on the other side of the streetWheelchair accessibility: It's on level ground making it easy for wheelchair ♿️

Went here for a little celebration dinner and wow was it great! Excellent broths, fresh well portioned ingredients and friendly attentive service. Everyone took their time, explained to us first timers how to properly Hot Pot and gave us great recommendations. Beverages were always filled and plates cleared quickly! 10/10 would recommend, just do it!

My first visit here and it was great! The customer was great and the food was wonderful. You pick your base with an appetizer, your meats, seafood , amongst other toppings. The desert was also phenomenal, my favorite is the coconut ice cream with chocolate chip.

The service was very attentive, and the food was excellent! Only drawback for me was the seating for two; some chairs had no backs to them (not broken, just the style of chair). Overall great, and I’m definitely going back. I recommend going.

It was okay at most. I’ve had better hot pot in this area. The staff were friendly and nice. It may be Thai styled hot pot but there was way too much lemon grass for my liking in the broth. Decent food, better price than the last place I visited, but not as good of quality. It’s also a small restaurant and I got quite uncomfortable with the staff being almost too attentive. No one likes someone else watching them eat their food. Overall, it was decent.

Out of all of the hot pot places that I've been to in Nova, this is my favorite. I'm in love with the variety of textures and flavors provided during this eating experience. And the cocktails are to die for.Vegetarian options: There is a big veggie and mushroom menu, and tofu offerings here.

I want to like it. I really want to. The food isn't bad. The service, forget about it. Eating out should not feel stressful. I didn't feel anything but stressed out from the service most especially the management. Maybe I'll go back on a regular day that's not busy. But on a Friday night or weekend I will probably never go back. Try Urban Hot Pot in Merrifield. It's not Thai style but despite being a busy place, I actually felt like I enjoyed my dinner.

What a great addition to the Springfield restaurant scene and hot pot options. The broths were delicious, and they offered proteins and accompaniments that are different from the usual hot pot choices.
