Overall decent food. Only problem is the to go orders done via post mates etc they don't put in any sauces. Yall close the bags so it's not on the driver's. Put sauce in the bags please.

This is one of my all-time favorite fast food restaurant chains so during my visit here today, I couldn't resist to pass it up. I ordered my regular two item combo which mainly consisted of noodles and a double portion of beef & broccoli. The shopping center was busy but this place wasn't so I was able to place my order relatively quickly. The food seemed fairly fresh and it tasted the same as the last time that I visited one of their other locations. There were a couple of drawbacks though when comparing this location from many others in the area. Here they do jot provide free refills od the fountain drinks. They charge an additional $.40 for each refill. Also find a table and seat was no easy task, especially on a day like today. This was an issue with the shopping center itself and not the restaurant.

It's my go to place for a quick lunch. I strongly recommend Beijing beef, orange chicken, Kung pao chicken and teriyaki chicken. Emjoy!

I happened to be in the shopping center today and I couldn't afford to pass up the opportunity to eat lunch at on of my all-time favorite fast food restaurant chains. The mall itself was super busy however this restaurant was not, so I was able to place my order relatively quickly. I went for the same thing that I always order from here, which was the the two item combo meal that included oodles and a doublenportion of beef & broccoli. All of the food items on display appeared to be more or less fresh. I also ordered a small fountain drink. Since these drinks are generally outrageously overpriced anyway, I figured that if I ordered the small drink, I could simply get a refill when I needed it. The only downside side that I discovered is that now they actually charge for refills. Every other location in the country provides self-service free refills. They charge $.40 for each refill. The other issue had more to do with the shopping center itself, in that it was super busy, loud as anything, and i,possibly le to find a table or seat.

Awful service and poor customer service. Waiting more than 40 minutes for my food and the cook didn't want to cook until he found a man who was waiting for the same order as me. Will never order from this place again!

I know this place is considered fast food but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I walked over to the Town Center today as I was going towards the metro station, and I made it a plan to come here specifically. The food court was pretty full at right around 4om but there wasn't a line to order from here. I ordered what I usually do, which is the double beef and broccoli platter that included lo mean noodles. While the friendly employee from behind the counter served my plate with an amole portion, the actual taste of the beef and broccoli didn't seem that fresh. I couldn't imagine that this was their first batch for the day, so I don't think that the food was sitting there for too much time. I just thought that it tasted somewhat dry today. The noodles ere good and the soy sauce makes all of the difference.

Horrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would. The manager should be embarrassed! They messed up an order 4 times, still couldn't get it right, and had zero interest in resolving the issue. To the manager, tell your employees they don't have to like their job, just do their job. Never going back, so I'm sure she doesn't care anyway.

The crew, his name is Mourad, he’s really unkindly crew. I was waiting for first line. He told me wait 5 minutes. But other customer comes and they could order and purchase front on me. Mourad accepted cutting the line. Awful!! He never explained, never say sorry, also he gave me my order unkindly. I feel he is racist person. He ignored why I am Asian.

A complete rip off. I ordered the wok fried shrimp for my daughter in a cub meal and they only give you 3 shrimp. But so much rice that a child can’t eat. Let alone you don’t even have enough of the entree item to eat with the rice. And they charge .75 extra cents for a premium entree.
