I don't understand, if customers aren't allowed to use the restroom, why have a sign where it specifically says " Customers please feel free to use the restroom at your discretion." ? I simply asked the front counter worker when I was picking up an order for Uber and was told to wait, of I could use the restroom? He then replied that he had to ask the manager who then replied loudly, workers only while smiling like He enjoyed the power of not letting someone use the restroom. I told the front counter person what the sign said and he just shrugged looking uneasu about it. The manager on duty tonight definitley needs corrective action, people can clearly see you smirking and acting like you don't care. There was another customer that eas there that agreed with me, why have a sign that says you can use the restroom if you can't. Plus as Uber drivers we help your business by not having to have delivery drivers take your pizza for you. I usually wouldn't make a big deal about it but definitley was fustrated in how the manager handled the issue. He doesn't even seem like a manager.

This is a store you can count on. Good service, on time and accurate delivery orders. For years I ordered from this location happily. I recently moved and have been having terrible issues with the other location. Its worth going out of my way to do business here.

This location can never get a pizza right but man delivering an uncooked pizza is a new one. The cheese is not even melted. I thought it was me, had my husband take a look since he use to be a papjohns cook in a different location and nope, not just me, they seriously delivered an uncooked 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 pineapple large pizza. I would add pictures but not seeing the option.

The food is delicious, management works alongside their employees and makes sure the food is made properly and that it comes quickly. Love the food and the convenience of the location. Will definitely eat here again.

This store has been having delivery issues for the past 6 months (not covid related) and I'm tired of 'Papa Track' changing its delivery time. I'm tired of cold and soggy pizza. I'm tired of settling for sub-par pizza. Not anymore.

Probably the worst job I ever had in my life was working for Papa John's as a driver. $3 an hour on the road. World's worst managers had to pay for my own uniform. One day the freezer busted and I was given $20 to haul like 200+ lbs of food in my trunk all the way to the central store. Had an old guy named Nabeel (close to that) who would steal deliveries. Such a toxic place. This store and Papa John's deserve to go out of business.
The workers are disgruntled and seem to be taking it out on customers

I ordered from this Pap Johns on a rainy Friday. The pizza arrived about 2+ hours later. The following Monday, to my surprise, I received a call from the manager who too the initiative to apologize for the delay and sent me a coupon for a free pizza. Things happen and pizza gets delayed, but the manager took responsibility to keep a customer and I appreciate that.

Papa John's once served delicious pizza. It is now lousy. Crust like a cracker, sauce from a can, zero herbs and spices, minimal cheese, minimal toppings, zero flavor. I'm not a picky eater, but this sucked. When places skimp on quality to save a buck, they lose.

Garbage pizza. Looks like it was made by a 5 year old. Where is the cheese? Why does this look like a thin crust? Horrible quality control and lazy workers who are all on their phones. Maybe learn how to actually make a pizza.
