I was eating my shrimp tempura roll with my friends at the mall, and I dropped it. I only had 7$ left amd the total came to 7.20$ The sweet cashier gave me the 20 cents off and I wish i could have given her a tip so im writing this review instead.

I work a late shift close to this location. The first time I came here it was 20 minutes before closing and the staff said they would not serve anymore food for the night and turned me away. The second time, I came from the Bundt cake place next door to get a plastic fork. The man scolded at me saying each spoon, fork etc costs 20 cents for him to purchase (from their supplier) and if I wasn't eating there, no silverware. I understand where he was coming from but I felt the staff were very rude to me both times. Won't be coming back

What a bag of a-holes. The restaurant wasn't stocked, so my husband went into the cabinet below to get some duck sauce to bring back to our sticky table and put on our dry, undercooked dumplings. We were happy enough, and minding our own business when "Tiny" (you'll know who I mean,) interrupted our meal to tell my husband that's "his stuff" and not to touch it. Lol Uh...actually, we paid for condiments. I went up to ask for plum sauce, and he told me to "get behind the line." There was no line. No people...no line on the floor...literally nothing for me to get behind. I looked for something to get behind, as he got meaner. I just grabbed a plum sauce and walked away. He called me a pandeja. I speak Spanish. I have no idea why he feels like this about the restaurant, but if he's working, you will want his list of "Thou Shalt Nots" before you eat his dried out, crap food. But, the shrimp was...ok.

I ordered the Tempura California Roll and it was made fresh and tasted delicious. While waiting on my meal everyone on the staff was eating around the food. While eating they were also preparing food and not changing gloves or washing their hands in between. I saw someone bring bread to their mouth and use the same gloves to cook chicken. That is unsanitary please educate your staff on ServSafe policies.

Not sure what the other reviews are about. I always come here during lunch time. You get so much protein and the food is always good and fresh. The workers are very friendly, fast and professional. I love coming here and will continue coming in the future. Thank you guys! ❤️

Empty for a reason. Food quality has become average. I ordered extra meat and got regular. Customer service poor. Doesn’t even understand English. I am an immigrant myself but just can’t accept this. Very poor experience.

The food is okay. And when we ordered, the cashier was very nice. However, I have to take a star away because of my experience. I had looked at the ingredient list on the website to know what's in the sushi rolls because they don't list it up on their board, nor do they have a menu out to look at to see what's in rolls. I ordered the rock and roll, which should be according to their website: Spicy tuna, avocado, eel sauce, masago and crunchy flakes. What I received had those things as well as shredded crab meat and cucumber, so I thought that maybe they gave me a different roll, or maybe just mixed two together on accident. I take it back to the cashier and the guy seems very nice again and goes to talk to the chef for a second because he briefly thought it was wrong, but then he turns around with it again, and says something along the lines of "no, this is the correct roll. It's just a little bit, it's fine."I'm sorry, but that is not fine for me. I don't like those ingredients and didn't expect them to be in the roll I ordered. And I took the time to figure out what was supposed to be in the roll before I stood in line- if items may vary by location, they need to list the ingredients! I don't like to be confrontational, so I just took it back and tried to push out the cucumber and just eat it, but with the crab and remnants of cucumber taste I ended up just giving my sushi to my husband. Thankfully he was there, otherwise they would've just gone in the trash and completely wasted my money. My husband also kindly went and ordered me a spicy tuna roll- I didn't catch the whole conversation but it sounded like it might also come with cucumber (not a listed ingredient either) but they made it without it and also checked if avocado was fine, and that roll was decent. We also ordered the teriyaki chicken meal, which was just okay- edible but I've definitely had better teriyaki. We kept it for leftovers and it does get a little better after it sits in the fridge overnight lol. Husband got some dumplings and eggroll, and they were fine. We might would go back there to grab sushi again, but now I know I need to ask for modifications (which kind of sucks).

Not what I expected. The place was smoky and smelled like burnt food, which means the ventilation isn’t cleaned regularly. The cook was pulling triple duty, putting rice and veggies into the containers as well as coming around the counter to put the food he just cooked into bags and handing them off to customers, all while the cashier just stood there looking d**** I asked for shrimp teriyaki (no sauce), white rice & vegetables. I got a mountain of rice with shrimp looking crazy on top. And then when I told the cashier that he didn’t give me my veggies she went back to the food prep area and touched the veggies with her dirty handling money hands. So now I have to find somewhere else to eat because I’m not eating this garbage. Waste of $10. Won’t be back.

Been to this location many times. They raised their prices back in early November for their Chicken Teriyaki special by a couple of dollars. The store was usually empty every time we went during lunch hours which meant little to no wait. Food was fast and fresh and the portion size was good for the price. We always did take out and used utensils from home so I felt bad every time I threw out the forks they provided.Parking: There's always plenty of parking in this plaza during weekday lunch hours.
