Had today's special Beef bulgogi and it was absolutely phenomenal. Great flavor for the meat which you could tell had been well seasoned and marinated. Two crispy potstickers went well with a very flavorful egg. The rice bed it was served on was fresh and not grainy like you can get at some restaurants. The kimchi required no hot sauce and was suprsingly flavorful. This meal was reasonably priced and definitely worth a stop by. 10/10 would eat again.

I worked in the building that the deli is in and grabbing breakfast or lunch was the highlight of my day. Paul and his wife were always so hospitable and everything was always delicious. Thanks for all the good memories!

Food is excellent and never bland. Absolute favorite is the chicken Philly. I've had no problem paying the slight upcharge for any of the bottled drinks because I know this is a small business that doesn't have the volume for a supplier and thus has to purchase the drinks at regular price for them. Anyone with more than two free brain cells can figure that out and wouldn't complain.

I'm not sure how the owner got rave reviews for being nice. Perhaps they are related? I stopped in today and took a seat to go over a little paperwork before lunch. The owner came at me with guns blazing!! He came over shouting and got in my face screaming at me to get out! The deli was completely empty and I was there only a few minutes before he was literally in my face. All he had to do was politely say something but I felt so threatened bordering on fearing being pushed or assaulted. This kind of behavior does not deserve any business. If you have any doubt just try to sit down in his empty cafe. I'm sure you too will be confronted with guns blazing by this crazy deli owner. Buyer beware.

I have bought lunch at the SSC Deli many times over the last 5 years and use this business to cater lunch meetings for my company. The food is very good and reasonably priced. The folks who run this business are wonderful and very accommodating of last minute requests. They deserve the 5 stars I have rated them with.
Great place for a quick lunch. Mr. and Mrs. Park are super friendly and quick with the food orders. The sandwiches and wraps have always been delicious and the fries are definitely worth getting...so crispy and savory!

I recently moved from Herndon to Springfield and I am so happy since I live so close to this deli!! My son loves the chicken strips while I inhale the steak and cheese sub with pepper jack cheese. The owners are so sweet...they're like long lost family. Mr. and Mrs. Park always greets us by name and even remembers our orders! As frequent visitors, you also come across other customers. Some of the customers, I'm assuming they are building tenants, are so rude. The owners literally have the patience of the Dalai Lama. I've witnessed so many blood-boiling situations. Once, there was a young man who just threw money at the counter and left with the food. I just want to ask, "WHY?" I don't know how they put up with it. Mr. and Mrs. Park are first generation immigrants so there could be minor communication barriers, but if the rare chance that comprehension is totally lost, their daughter will save the day. I can relate coming to a totally foreign country and trying to raise your kids as best as you can. It really breaks my heart to see them experience this so frequently. TL;DR The deli, 10/10. Love it. Be polite. Treat others like human beings. Remember to say "please"and "thank you," wherever you go.

Love the SCC Deli! I work in the building and come here everyday for lunch. The bread they use for their sandwiches come from a bakery every morning and is absolutely delicious (My go to is the grilled chicken sandwich). Family owned business and the owners are wonderful. As mentioned in another review they will do custom orders if you request.

different owner bought this out about 2 yrs. ago! food is fairly good, but is a tad pricey for food that is just ok. all others are over priced. snacks/candy bars, $1.29 & up....? what gives?! i only go there cuz it's convenient when i want a snack or quick bite to eat.
