I ordered the 3 tenders and waffle and my son ordered the 4 piece wing and waffle plus mac and cheese, through Door Dash. Despite the chicken and waffle being room temperature upon delivery, the chicken was seasoned well, it was crispy, and juicy AND the waffle was good too! The side of sweet hot sauce was such a treat for the chicken and I enjoyed all of it. The show stopper though was the Mac and Cheese! It was piping hot in its container and it was SO GOOD! Looking forward to eating at the restaurant next time.

UPDATE, 4/13/2024: Ok, so I made a return visit today (couldn't help it - that chicken is so darn good). I informed the cashier, Daniella, about my missing side order from my last visit. She was very courteous and remembered the incident with my previous order. Daniella acknowledged the mistake and humbly apologized for the error. Then, to make things right, she went above and beyond to fix things from my previous order and ensured that I felt valued as a customer. Now that's great service - TOTAL REDEMPTION. I'm quite impressed. Well done!BUYER BEWARE. Check your order THOROUGHLY before you leave the establishment. My order was short, even though I was assured that it was complete. I ordered chicken and 2 sides, one of the sides being fries. When I didn't see the fries in my bag, I informed the cashier who stated, "Oh, the fries are in the box with the chicken". (Unusual). The box with chicken was taped close, so I took the cashier at her word. When I got home and opened the box - no fries, just chicken. I called the store multiple times only to receive a recording. I left a message for someone to call me back - of course no response. Lesson learned: trust but verify.

This spot is a must go to. First and foremost, the service was was outstanding. Daniela was very courteous. This was my 1st time coming here by the way. I ordered 3 piece dark with waffle was it was delicious. I will definitely be back very soon.

This is an excellent place to eat. The chicken is amazing and crispy. I ordered it on DoorDash when I got to my hotel the DoorDash was very nice and you can get express delivery for $2.99. The macaroni and cheese taste better than any I’ve ever had and the waffle is better than, anything I’ve ever eaten as a waffle definitely will be back when we travel to Washington?
