12/23/23 10:30pm I went with my children for these delicious sandwiches but we were unlucky to be served by a rude, arrogant and racist young woman who not only ruined our dinner but also our night; we understand that working late It's tiring but for the same reason, if you don't feel like you can, it's better to stay home.As customers we have the right to ask for what we like and not what the sales staff wants to give us and very reluctantly.Tonight's staff should urgently receive an interpersonal relations course because they give terrible service.

First before anything I want to say that normally when something like this happens I don’t make it a habit to write bad reviews but I just feel like I should pass this along. I went in around 9 pm older lady served me after doing an online order. I waited patiently since she seemed busy. She didn’t say a word to me and continuously made rude faces while I waited. Once she finished she started my sub. All the while making rude remarks. I asked her for chicken breast and she said “we don’t have chicken breast, there isn’t any chicken breast” under her breath in a rude way. I pointed to the chicken cut up in pieces and she made another face. Once the sub was done she throw the recipe on the sub and went to help the next customer. She was very rude and unprofessional. I regret not getting her name but there seemed to be two lady’s working there. One younger one and an older lady. The older lady was the one who served me. She doesn’t seem to enjoys her job very much. I do not recommended this location. I have never had such a terrible customer experience in life.

I went in with my girlfriend and noticed it was extremely cold in there like freezing. Anyways, we went up to the counter and the older hispanic lady was taking an online order. However, she didn't even say anything to us, she saw us but didn't say anything like, "one moment" or "I'll be with you in a moment" After she finished the online order she came up to us and this lady already had a long face. The way she was looking at my girlfriend was like if she hated her for just being there, giving her a stink eye. She then proceeded to start the order but her tone was not pleasant. Breast chicken was asked and she said "there is no breast chicken" even though there was. The order was complete after multiple nasty looks and rude responses. Then came time for the payment, my girlfriend had coupons so she took them out and processed to show the lady, but the lady responded "I can only take one coupon" so rudely. We had not cut the coupons from the paper so I guess that was kind of our fault but the way that responses was delivered was so unnecessary. She asked the lady if she had scissors, which she replied no. I find it hard to believe that Subway does not have one pair of scissors. After giving her the one coupon she scanned it but the price didn't change. So she lady scanned it again and the price did change. The coupon said the price would be 8.99, the total came out to be 9.53, my girlfriend asked her "shouldn't it be $9?" Which yeah she should've realized that tax was included but that lady made sure to let her know by saying "What, you don't pay taxes?" 100% uncalled for and very rude. The payment was made and this lady tosses the receipt on the counter all while saying "thank you". This lady either needs to get a new job or some manners because that was ridiculous. If we ever go back and she does the same thing, I will let her know of it for sure. Very unprofessional

I came in very respectful even though Maria was giving customers attitude, still respected her and said my “please” and “thank you”s as my experience went along I had placed 2 separate orders one was a cheese pizza i had politely asked for it to be clean cut as I am indeed a Muslim she proceeded to give attitude to me after that saying “if you have the energy go do it yourself” “the knife is clean” after I had literally watched her cut into the “Subway Club Sub” for another customer in which there was meat. I explained to her why it was discriminatory and disrespectful still no accountability. A muslim man came out and helped me proceeded to not cut the pizza because he understood the problem with using that knife, and told me it was the only one so he wouldn’t cut it. I thanked him. However I genuinely hope Maria learns to respect cutsomers or gets transferred to where she may like her job better as I will be spreading this info along the local islamic community of this subway and how it runs.

There this afternoon after work I went to Southway at this location they Asian lady was rude disrespectful. She denied me the service because I have my dog is 13 me and outside is 95° is hot and is the worst experiment that I felt discriminated and I’m not gonna go back to that place ever again.

I would give a zero if I could. Waited over 5 mins while they prepared online orders. My husband and I were next in line and an older Hispanic female employee asked the man behind us how she could help him. There's no way she did not see us standing there and she offered no apology. This is the second time we've had an issue with her. The first time at this same location her attitude was really bad. I do not recommend this location! Go to Pot Belly instead!
