The place is always clean and been going there when they had the 5 dollar foot long. I don't know why they changed the menu. It's confusing when all you want is a cold cut foot long.

Young African American was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I did not appreciate his raising his voice at me. I did not get anything from Subway. The manager aloud the whole incident to just happen without saying anything.

We haven't been there in several months, and it looked different. It was clean with 2 friendly faces to assist us. We ordered different subs, and both looked to have more meat and cheese, plus the lettuce and other extras. It was a relaxed atmosphere to walk into. At home, the sub tasted as good as it looked after it was made. A good experience at this Subway.

How are y'all going to have the hours posted on the door saying 9am-10pm when the sandwich I ordered online at 9pm was held hostage because you closed the store half an hour early. The guy behind the counter tried to shoo me away when I went to pick up my food because they already closed. I get off work late and don't have time to cook. Just change your hours if your employees aren't willing to stay the whole shift. You literally can't trust any service industry around here to be decent. It's so sad. And the app sucks.
I work over at the Michael's right next to it, this is a great place to come during my lunch breaks or before/after my shift. Usually stop by before my closing shift on Tuesdays and the staff at that time is incredible, very friendly and always helpful.

Not the best location on the planet, this location gets the job done during peak hours like lunch but not during other hours. Just walked to this location at 9:30pm (Close at 10pm) for a sub afterwork and was turned away. If I can work 16 hour days, you can stay open until the posted time.

All of the employees are rude, worst customer service ever. I asked for light mayo and the guy got mad at me and put a huge glob of mayo. I was the only customer so there's no excuse for the ignorance and rudeness. Won't be coming back. Don't waste your time.
