HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! THE STAFF IS SO RUDE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! THEY TRY AND CHARGE YOU FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS OR LIE AND SAY I CAN'T USE MY REWARDS!!! I AM SO ASTONISHED THEY ARE STILL EVEN OPEN. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I AM SO SHOCKED THE DISTRICT/GENERAL MANAGERS DON'T REVIEW THIS LOCATION.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!! This is the closest location to me, yet I go out of my way to go to the Lorton location. The meats are spoiled. The vegetables are old are welted. On two separate occasions I have ordered the steak and cheese. The steak taste sour and is certainly spoiled!! I walked in one day to find a staff member in the back cleaning and spraying with some pink solution. He came to the front with purple gloves on where he proceeded to put clear gloves on, ON TOP OF THE CLEANING GLOVES he was wearing, He attempted to begin serving my order where I kindly asked him to remove the cleaning gloves and wash his hands before he began. I ended up leaving. I just didn't feel comfortable eating there as I now questioned the proper handling of all the food there. AVOID THIS LOCATION. THE LORTON LOCATION HAS FRESHER OPTIONS!

They try to charge you extra once you're at the register for normal stuff that comes on a sub. They'll lie about rewards scanner being broken. They'll lie about not having certain ingredients even though you can see them in front of you. No signs about out of stock food, broken machines, or extra costs for certain menu items -- they just surprise you when you try and checkout.Weird place. I go to Subways often, but I will never go back to this one. I never know what the same sub will cost.

The service here is stuped and portions are just don't on standard they think by keeping the small portion they will improve the customer service oh well not.Always not busy the 3 people working there making fun when you ask for more speaking there language that's not right never go again this subway sucks

I walked in an ordered a turkey sandwich with provolone cheese and I kid you not was told they didn't have any when I could see they had some(literally in front of my face), when I pointed it out to them I was told it was only for their online orders!! The only way I could get their provolone cheese was if I ordered online!! Despite the fact that I was literally right in front of them!!! I asked the staff(which I believe was the manager or perhaps owner) that were I to place an order on my phone at that very second would they give me a sandwich with provolone cheese, they responded "yes", but no if I placed the order in person. To which I responded that it was messed up and that I would take my order(business) some place else.

Typical Subway setup. Had a coupon for a 6" sub. Added a medium soda and the total came out more than a meal, if I use another coupon. If I were serving, I would have informed the customer that it is cheaper to use another coupon for the meal and allow the customer to make a decision.

I usually get my food at this location, once in a while I receive some coupons in the mail. Seems that they don't like to use the coupons, they accept some coupons, but is more likely to accept coupons depending on their mood. It is not my fault, I get the food anyways. Sometimes they are friendly sometimes not.

Absolutely the worst subway I have visited. Don't know how they are still in business. Probably something to do with how stingy the staff is on vegetables.

I have had a few good subs from here and it is a subway so you know what youre getting. They are one of the very rare subways with pizza, however they do expect you to get cheese. I attempted to get chicken and onion on my pizza but the person behind the counter looked baffled as to why I would want toppings on the pizza and just kinda put them in the oven without toppings despite me saying multiple times I wanted them. We eventually got toppings after heating but I needed to recook the pizzas at home to bring it all together. There was one point where the two people behind the counter were talking (not in english) and gesturing to me and my friend and laughing, probably something about wanting toppings on pizza. I dont wish any ill will and did eventually get what I wanted but it confuses me as to why adding toppings on the pizza seems like something they arent comfortable with? Anyways other than that its a great location they make good subs and have some seating if you want to dine in. They are very nice and patient. The ambiance is subway. Its great, its predictable, its subway.

Gosh it looks great when you sit down with your fresh sub. Here are the rules about making a sub at Subway1. More veggies ...more soggy.2. More meat and cheese= much more $$3. Soggy sub is unavoidable. Uncooked veggies are 90 to 97% water. It will be nasty quickly. 4. They could do so much better. Only their ads keep them in business. 5. Meatball sub now has pepperoni? YUK. It isn't a pork pepperoni sub....but a meatball one. My fave ... gone6. To reduce sogg. Cut fresh sub into 10 pieces. Then less sogg. The only way to stop it though is to NOT PUT FRESH VEGGIES ON IT. 7. #6 defeats the whole purpose. No veggies, no sog, but no nutrition. Which defeats the purpose if going there. I make my own steak and cheese with mushrooms. 8. My mom took me there yesterday. STILL SOGGY.

They don’t change their gloves between customers and the toppings employee was touching everything including the cash register before and after touching the food that I didn’t end up eating.

Horrible service, the same people are always working. They are always talking really bad about the customers. Just assuming they don’t understand well I did. Example, The lady is always judging people saying they weight too much to be eating that without vegetables. Calling customers annoying and rude nicknames. The two men just weirdly stair at everyone. Subway needs to do better.

Staff was rude and argued with me about a coupon. If I didn't have the coupon, I wouldn't have set foot into this Subway. Avoid this particular one, as they say they're not honoring coupons/promotions.

If you want to use coupons (on the app) to save money then don't come here. I ordered a 2 for 1 footlong special and i was pretty eager to eat too. The app online coupon says this store lets you use it, but when i ordered the employee (maybe manager) canceled my order. Their was a person next to me who also was using the app to order and ge had problems with it too. Well i guess now this subway is a no go for good deals. The guy was not a douche about it and neither was I, but i was pretty upset about this so hey just a warning, i would've gave it a one star but the store was pretty clean and they help people with disabilities also.
