This is a new location in the Springfield area. I wouldn't recommend it. I got the tarte flavor and it was off.. didn't taste as good as the other locations. Texture was more watery and not thick as it should be. The mochi tastes different too. I also had a weird exchange with the cashier. I said that the phone doesn't work (called 3 times) and if she could tell the manager. She responds with "no." What kind of customer service is that??

Nice and clean. Lots of info about calories, allergies, fat content etc., which most customers ignored. You can get as much or as little as you want of any of the flavors, add your toppings, weigh and pay.

Went here for a nice pick me up after having a rough day at work. They have a nice variety of flavors you can choose from and unlike a McDonalds ice cream machine they actually work! Here you're also able to choose from a wide selection of toppings for your frozen yogurt which is amazing! Definitely plan on coming back here!

A very DIRTY store. Trash cans overfilled to the point trash was on the floor. A very dirty disgusting floor that clearly had not been mopped the two cashiers were OBVIOUSLY not train how to clean or operate the cash register I can honestly say this is the worst sweet frog I have ever been to. Horrible service and DISGUSTING cleaning practices.
