We ordered the Pesto Chicken flatbread and the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap. Prices overall have skyrocketed, but not quality. The food quality was very meh. After eating the wrap, I felt sick later. The pesto flatbread tasted bland. The apple slaw had a bunch of unflavored kale and very little apple and slaw.Expensive and mediocre. Go somewhere else and save your money.

I’ve been going to this location for some time now. The service and atmosphere were great until the other day. While during my last visit, I overheard two women speaking rudely about a customer in Spanish. If the person at the counter was able to understand what they were saying, they would have walked out without making their order. I will not be visiting this location again. The ladies have shown how immature they are and the lack of guidance from the management really needs to be taken care of. No customer should be spoken negatively about in a language they can’t understand.

They don’t follow directions for your food orders here. If you ask to substitute something it doesn’t happen. If you ask to remove an ingredient it doesn’t happen.My wrap tasted like chemicals. Not sure if it’s the gloves they wear or what but it was soapy flavored.

We love Tropical Smoothie and have never had a sub-par experience with the flavor, until today. The Bahama Mama tasted like it had mold in it, and the Detox Island Green was virtually flavorless despite the ginger. Not sure if it was an off-day, but this was our first visit to this location. I doubt we’ll return here.

I just ordered a smoothie from DoorDash, and it didn’t come with a protective sticker over the straw hole like I have received before from other locations of Tropical Smoothie. Management, why do you all not provide that for safety and security purposes?

The price is good and the smoothie is delicious. And the female staff was really diligent and kind. The store is clean and spacious, so I sat with my acquaintances and kids and went there without any hesitation. I will use it often~

I got their chocolate mocha smoothie. Absolutely terrible. It's basically a frappachino. But awful. Not sure how you could mess that kind of drink up, but they did.Otherwise, employees were nice, the restaurant was clean and had ample seating. The drink I got just sucked. Not sure about the others, but it was so bad I'll never go back based on taste alone.
