How unfortunate to deal with people with such a bad character. If you don't like your job, I think it would be a good option to look for another one. This way neither the client nor the worker has a bad time! BE A LITTLE

great food, unfortunately the staff doesn't speak any English and I don't speak much Spanish. I asked if I could have bacon on the breakfast sandwich and she just stared at me and was annoyed. she kept rolling her eyes when I tried my best to communicate with her. owner was super nice and came over and helped.

It is a terrible service, those who take the order are irresponsible by not passing the order to the cooks, I really do not understand why they hire them to provide good service and do the opposite..., unfortunately it is disappointing because for me it was even the Today one of the best restaurants in the Springfield area ?? the worst thing is the waitresses are so arrogant that they are not attentive to the consumer that one has to go to pay at the cashier and they make bad faces at each other and when one When your order arrives, they are all gathered together and they don't even ask you if you need anything ? or if you go to get your order, they don't bother to be friendly either. I am one of the people who was a fan of that restaurant…. But they lost me as a client and maybe for her it is not so important, but for the owner it is!!!!The truth is they should consider hiring much friendlier staff ?????

I went to buy a chicken with slices and the chicken was super hard like it had been reheated and that shouldn't be like that they should try to do things better I won't go again they lost me as a customer I threw it in the trash it was the worst thing I've ever eaten there

Yesterday I ordered a carne asada to go, They just put small pieces of meat like they don't have more meat. I was so disappointed They should serve better food for the price I paid

Really bad service, I had to ask for chips after they bring the chips they didn't bring any napkins, at the end I had to ask for the check took then forever, they never ask if I need anything else, food was just like other place not bad not good. If you just have a normal food what it makes the different is the service

Stopped by for coffee and pastry with my colleague before work. I need to start that pastries do taste good and they seem fresh. Coffee was cold and it was only 9 AM. My biggest grievance is with your staff. Customer service needs to improve. Your staff doesn't know the prices, has no idea the ingredients of various pastries. Also, do not switch into Spanish thinking no one can understand you. Some "gringas" speak really good Spanish.

I rarely complain about a business. but I feel like I had to give this place a review. Before you consider visiting this location let me warn you. They're over charging people! PLEASE confirm that the prices on the menu are correct with your server before ordering. I order "Bistek a lo pobre" The menu we got at the table showed it cost $16.50 or so. I got charged $24.99 for it. When I asked our server about it she said "oh we just changed to the new menu and prices have increased." As a server she could of said that in the beginning but unfortunately she didn't. She did provide great service! She was very sweet and that's why I'm giving a 3 star rating. Please don't get me wrong I don't mind paying $25 or $50 for a plate of food but giving your client a surprise charge of more than $2 for a plate is crazy to me! I personally feel scammed and I won't be coming back to this location again.

Called in advance at 7:20pm for an order of pupusas. Usually it takes 20 minutes for an order to be ready so I didn't arrive until then to pick up the food. I paid for the food and kept being told food is coming. I did not receive the food until 8:10pm. 50 minutes since I called. It seems they started to make the order when I arrived to pay. What is the point of calling in advance? For courtesy of inconvenience, I asked if I can have more tomato sauce and instead they asked the cook if the sauce was enough for my total order and said they couldn't give me more. When I asked for their manager name, they gave me a name and smiled as if the manager won't do anything about the service provided. Horrible service overall.

I picked up a whole premade tres leches cake and was really nervous about all the bad reviews and how fresh this cake would be since I was taking it to an event celebrating the Latine/Hispanic culture. I instantly regretted going here when I walked in but it was convenient and luckily they had a few premade cakes available. First, this place looks dingy... and the staff just stares at you like they're annoyed when you walk in but doesn't say a thing even when you say hi first. The glass shelves are all dirty making the baked goods look unappealing. I asked for the smaller tres leches cake and it was put in a dirty white bakery box. By dirty, I mean the top of the box had some brown spots on it. The person at the counter checked me out but immediately the lady boxing my cake spoke to them and the price was changed to a higher cost. There are no prices on the cakes so I have no clue if they charged me more than the usual or if the cashier did originally ring up the wrong price. It wasn't cheap, and I could've paid the same price at a high end bakery. Anyways, the cake was thankfully beautifully made on the outside and the inside and it was delicious. Everyone said it was really good and moist. I was really afraid it would be dry and old. I am giving 3 stars for the cake itself... not any more than that because I will never go back here again even if it turned out to be a really good cake. There are plenty of other places to pick up a tres leches cake from that are much cleaner, nicer, and more welcoming... for the same price.

The large serving of Lomo Saltado ($17.95) was very good. I had the Horchata ($2.65), and was given a generous sample of the fruit drink to try. No room for dessert, but I had the Tres Leches Cake ($4.25) last time and it was very moist and creamy. A good place to stop for lunch or, if you don't have a lot of time, for dessert and coffee.

Stephanie Ramirez was our waitress, she was very polite and attentive. She got all out order just right and on good timing. Our food was delicious. We got pupusas which were the best, especially the jalapeños one. Definitely I recommend this place. Also make sure to try the 3 leche cake.
