Completely dissatisfied. I had a 70 dollar order for an item to be missing when I went back in the cashier made it seem like I was lying. The cooks are Spanish clearly AS AM I SO I ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. They basically said they made it but it was not in my bag so idk whose bag he put it in. Won’t come here again

Food is always good, however service is unfortunately poor. Only a couple employees can understand/speak english, takes around 20 mins for a meal and always unorganized. The food itself on the other hand is always good and order is always correct.

Worst location ever, spent over $60 dollars and even tipped and still got my order wrong and had the nerves to say I can’t split my flavors evenly after ordering a 15 piece bone in wings. Had to split between two flavors and could only do 7 and 8 not 5 5 5. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Wish there was a Bee-Dubs closer.

Horrible customer service. Placed a $40 take out order. Get home and the order is completely incorrect although the receipt taped on the bag has my name and order. Drove all the way back from Rose Hill area for the manager to not apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Simply stated they had to make the order 4 times (my order and the incorrect order).
