Very unfortunate visit to this location. Servers were very slow and inattentive. Oder came out missing ingredients and when brought to manager attention they only offered excuses. Multiple customers received wrong or inaccurate orders observed during g this visit.

People usually express thier opinions on service rendered when things go badly. I want to take the time to acknowledge the Applebees in Stafford. I ordered some items for pick up on 3/23 at 1015 online. After my purchase, I received an email that my order would be ready at 1031. I arrived at 1034 but didnt receieve my food until 30 mins later. Half of my order was cold and the fries were very old. I asked to speak with the manager. After speaking to him, he was very apologetic, and ensured my order was rectified and made every attempt to ensure I was satisfied with my order. The young lady (Alicia I think) was also very helpful and professional. This isnt always the case at some restaurants. I will continue to go to applebees bc of the food but more importantly, the service.

The food here and the service are beyond exceptional. Atat is the greatest!!! If you want somebody personable and friendly then request Atat. 10/10 recommend this location. Their staff is kind and helpful and the food always exceeds my expectations.

My Nanna is visiting from PA, and she has a service dog.Antoine, the host that sat us, offered to get some water for the service dog, which was so sweet!!! No one has ever asked that before in the restaurants we've been in together.Also, Ashley served us and she was wonderful! We went right around main lunch time. Not many people eating at the time. Our waitress Gigi was phenomenal. The manager was bringing out food due to having short staff. I'd def recommend asking for Gigi when you arrive!
Food and service was hot fresh and amazing! Paige is amazing!! So sweet thank you for your customer service! Been years since I have tried Applebees and this experience will bring me back soon for sure!

I've been living in Stafford since 2017. I used to frequent this place at least once a week for about a year. Then something happened and it tanked.I know the pandemic messed up the restaurant business pretty good, but the food here is inconsistent and always has been. The place is 50/50 dirty with tables almost never turned over.But most importantly, the service is horrifically slow and most of the staff is very apathetic. Occasionally we've had some amazing servers, but they usually don't last long and we never see them again.Do yourself a favor and go to Chili's (literally next door to it). It's not much better, but it's still better. Or bdubs (also right next to it).I remember going once after arriving home from a flight (around 11pm). There was a woman sitting at the bar drinking with her kid in the stool next to her (probably around 11).Just skip this place.

Type 1 diabetic here. I ordered a diet Pepsi and the waitress gave me regular. I started the meal with a blood sugar of 120 and ate only meat and vegetables. Dinner was done and my blood sugar was 555. Thanks a lot guys.

A friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Applebee's! The chicken tenders with the mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli was just as I hoped. The waiter was very efficient, checking on us frequently.
