I was here waiting to order and a lady walked in and said they had forgotten her cheese she came in very calm and simple just asked them to put cheese on her burger. I don’t know if the lady that helped her was a manger or just an employee but she was very very rude she had an attitude acted as it was such an inconvenience for her. I placed an online order, still wasn’t ready when I got there , food was cold, bread was hard and falling apart and they gave me the wrong sandwich. The only good thing I had from my order was the frozen
