My experience with this KFC is contrary to the negative reviews. I drive through this location twice a week on average, and they are always friendly, my order is almost always correct, and the food is perfect as often as any over drive thru. Every restaurant has off days, and sometimes the chicken is a little overcooked or they give me the wrong side, but it's an anomaly in my experience. And when I find something wrong, they immediately fix it without complaint. I suppose I could come throw in a negative review because of one bad day, but I'd rather assess the place based on my most common experience, and as a relative regular, my experience is good far more often than it isn't, and their willingness to fix things without making an issue out of it balances out any inconvenience to me.

Everyone seems to be incompetent at this location. And every time I order from the KFC app, I arrive to pick up my order I am told they don't have all the pieces of chicken available and ask me to sub a couple of pieces out for another wing piece. If you order through the app they box up the dry chicken from the day.

Horrible service. Hickenlooper is never ready..post prices they don't honor. Flat out lie about it..and expensive for waiting 30 for them to cook chicken because it's not a chicken reasturant, dugh..horrible place..do no recommend at

This is probably the single worse fast food restaurant I've gone to, placed an order at 9pm for 9:20 pick up. I arrived at 9:30 for the order and was told they're still waiting on the chicken. I was told there was a 13 minute wait. Showed back up 15 minutes later and somehow there is still a 7 minute wait.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and I said no Mayo and no pickle. While I was still at the speaker I reiterated that I wanted it plain. Guess what it has on it. Yep, it has Mayo and pickle on it

My family and I ordered takeout, we were in the drive through, when we were at the pickup window there was a line. We were the third car in the line, they had some the fourth car park to prevent the drive through line from getting too long.We ordered an 8 piece fried chicken, green beans, and Cole slaw, they told us we would have to wait a bit if we wanted fried chicken. We had to wait 15 minutes for our order, when the food came we ended up getting an 8 piece fried chicken, green beans, and mashed potatoes with gravy. One of my family members can't eat potatoes, health reasons, that is why we specifically ordered the Cole slaw.

Just left the Kfc in Stafford. The guy working the register was very friendly and so nice. Our food was ready within 5 minutes as well. The biscuit was amazing. I got a famous bowl and I loved that as well! Definitely 5 stars from me!
