This has to be the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Been waiting here in line for 20 minutes with a car moving roughly every 8, just saw a guy hand his order back. Do you guys have one employee without thumbs making all the food? Is this an experimental McDonald’s being run with no management? Truly a mystery. It’s called fast food by the way. Fast.

Seem to get the order wrong often at this one. Yesterday, there was supposed to be two for one pie promotion and I was charged, but they only gave me one pie. Today, I asked for certain condiments when ordering, but at the pickup window they didn't get it right, which happens most times I come to this particular one. I guess today there wasn't a 2 for 1 pie promotion. Guess I have to check my order before I leave the window from now on.

Employees alway don’t pay attention to the front lobby or will look at you and ignore you. Don’t recommend this location. They also hide behind the partition and stay on their phones. Management needs to re-teach customer service.

They've surprisingly always gotten my order correct. Even when I'm ordering for a family of 7 it's always been right. Plus they've never claimed their ice cream machine is broken lol.
Deluxe chicken sandwich was the worst! The bottom bun was burned and hard. The chicken breast had been fried too hard and set under the warmer for at least 10 to 20 mins based on dryness and color. I took two bites and was done-a complete waste of my money. The McChicken (the value chicken sandwich), would have been a much better choice. There was no quality or concern for getting repeat business, so, therefore, they won't!

I ordered my breakfast and paid on the app I showed up in drive thru and I got there at 10:33 thanks to the car in front. Once I got to the speaker box I was told they can’t make my order that I had placed before they switched but they can refund me this was on Christmas week. It is now mid January and I still have not received my refund after they told me it should only take 2 weeks to get my refund. Worst McDonald’s ever always gets my order wrong.

It never fails to amaze me how they consistently mess up my order. In the morning, they forget to restock the apples for the oatmeal, and when I inquire, they claim they don't have any, but magically appear after a few times of asking. In the afternoon, there are either no apple pies, or they just give you whatever they have, regardless of your preference.
