Rude. Seems prejudice. Didn’t greet me when I came in. When I said “excuse me I’m here to pick up my order”; he gave me a finger and continued on with his conversation. Acted like he couldn’t understand my name. I should have looked at the Google reviews before placing my order on DoorDash. Edited to add: Threw away most of my food. Powdered donuts barely had any powdered sugar on it.

Good afternoon everyone,I would like to say that if you are looking for a place for tasty pizza that values you, as a consumer and cares about you, this is the place you should stop in.As a recent transfer from Michigan to Stafford, I had been trying all the pizza chains in the area, and Paisano's hands down has Sams and the Padrinos IIPizza beat. Demante (I didn't ask for proper spelling of the front desk worker's name) and Pamela (the new GM) are amazing.I've been searching around for both quality of pizza, and the feeling of being connected to my new community, and Pamela/Demante instantly made me feel like a member of the group.GO HERE :)

Unbelievably great service by the General manager! Came by and dined in 30 mins of closing and was given great hospitality and service! By comparison I called another shop and was offered a “limited menu” and bad attitude, no thanks! Refreshing to see a great attitude! Thanks!

This is my 2nd time at Paisanos in Stafford. Both times I was helped by the manager Pamela. The pizza has always been good from any Paisanos I've been to but you hardly ever get service anymore like I got from Pamela. She greeted me with a smile and went out of her way to help when she and her staff were very busy during the lunch hour. Thank you Pamela. Keep up the level of excellence you displayed on both my visits.

when i tell you the service was phenomenal, i am under exaggerating. i am a single mom with a baby so when i went into the restaurant they not only opened the door for me when entering but also when leaving. i have never in my entire life have experienced the help like i did from this restaurant. every team member there made me feel welcomed and like i was valued as not only a customer but A PERSON. thank you all so much!

Chicken fettuccini Alfredo with spinach was good and staff was friendly. Good amount of chicken in the pasta too.

They finally got rid of the old manager and hired Pamela. This is my second time being there since she has been replaced. A new environment. Better staff and manager. I am very happy with the move and decision to get a more friendly and supportive manager. Pamela was great during my interaction, patient, attentive, great smile and energy and happy to be there. Even tho she is a corn husker. I won't hold that against her. Lol. Don't be afraid to go back, you will be relieved. Loyal customers are in good hands.
