Placed my order on the app, go in to pick up my order and at first it was they forgot my breadsticks, so I wait 10 minutes for those, then hands me half my order and proceeded to argue that what I ordered wasn’t what I ordered. Meanwhile you can hear the employees cussing each other out in the kitchen. Ended up getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. Absolutely poor service.

Very disappointed. We ordered a veggie pizza, but it seems veggie means you aren’t hungry. There were very few veggies on the pizza. The temp on the pizza was lukewarm. And we ordered through the app for curbside. When my husband got there, I checked in on the app and even called to let them know he was there (I got redirected several times and eventually the line went dead). After waiting 15 minutes past pick up time, my husband finally went inside. No apologies or anything. This Pizza Hut used to be our go-to, especially when they had the beyond sausage. But recently, it seems customer care and quality for price has gone downhill. We’ll choose somewhere else next time.

pizza came out fresh and it was good. i would eat here again. i do have to say, the place smells old though and provide for an upgrade. it’s big enough to where semi trucks can pull atriums the entire building and park but there’s also an abandoned business beside it. It’s in a nice location.

Wanted pizza for lunch and wanted to try the Pizza Hut Melts. The Pizza Hut Melts was very good, and we also wanted a salad as well. The order arrived very quickly and was fantastic.
I have been ordering take out from this restaurant almost every weekend for the past two years. I remember this place when it first opened and when the "tornado" took out their sign back in the late 80's. Food has always been great, prices varied. This restaurant is almost a landmark in Stafford. Jeremy is an awesome worker as is the rest of the crew. Corporate needs to take care of theses employees; without them, I guarantee my review would not be as praising. Thank you for your work ethic.

Food was OK. Asked for a little extra sauce on my pizzas, and they DRENCHED both. Way Too Much. Maybe they had a bad day. They also forgot a topping on 1 of the pizza's, and I paid for two toppings. I didn't say anything about this, I was afraid after the sauce issue, they might add, or do something to my future orders.

The atmosphere was just plain boring. The server was just ok. Food was ok but wings were definitely over priced even in an age of inflation. They had a limited menu compared to some other pizza huts. They should bring back the pacman arcade and all you can eat salad bar like the old days . Put some music on and bring some life back into the restaurant
