I haven't gone to buy popeyes at this place for a long time since the service was terrible!!! But recently I went and met new very friendly staff! And that made me very happy.

So I ordered from here through doordash. The problem started the night my family and I sat and ate Popeye for dinner, we did 50/50 (spicy and non-spicy). My two year daughter had the non spicy while my husband and i ate spicy. That very night, my daughter woke up crying, and i went to check on her and found her pillow covered in her vomit and her crying. It got worse with diarrhea throughout the night, and we had to stay up with her until 4 to 5 a.m.. This was on a Friday night. Fast forward to today, which is now Sunday afternoon. My husband warmed up the leftovers of the non spicy my daughter had eaten on Friday and only had one piece of the chicken, and he is now having the same issue my daughter was having. I am sorry, but this experience has now put me off Popeyes completely. I would rather take my time and make the food at home for my family than put trust in the food quality of a fast food. I don't know what they are doing, but they need to really stop cutting corners to make food to save time. This is how people get sick. Looks like whomever is making these foods and needs to go back to retake the food handling course and pay very good attention to how to handle food. If not, then they might as well shut down this location for lack of food safety.

It is one of our favorite fast food places to eat. Food is always delicious, and prices are not bad. Coleslaw is not very consistent but has been good lately. The kids love the fries and the biscuits. Would sure recommend ?

I pay almost $ 52.00 in a family order, and I my order is incomplete, missing the biscuits, chicken undercook. Employees on their cell phones and don't concentrate, bad customer service. I was the one in Stafford VA, and I called the restaurant and the line in busy all the time, Iguess they turn off the phone.

If I could rate negative stars I would . I came to this location two days in a row disappointed . They close at 11 but seem to stop making food by 10pm . Todays instance , I arrived at 10:30 , was told they were out of fries , all regular chicken . I then order a 3 piece , 2 legs 1 thigh, with jalapeño peppers . No side , because I was told there were none . I then get to the window to be handed my order and told that they were also out of biscuits … I’m like okkkkkk??? Mind you my total is 12$ I’m then asked if I want max and cheese or beans , I was then handed rice and beans that looked so gross I handed them back and asked for the max and cheese . I left unhappy , to only get home and realize I was only given 2 pieces of chicken and 2 of the 3 peppers I paid extra for , as well as the absence of the honey and hot sauces I asked for . I hate this Popeyes , like with my whole chest . No doubt about it. Not to mention yesterday when they were closed by 10:50 pm . Last time I visited this location was 3 months ago and I had a similar experience dealing with the absence of my food . The employees are also always consistent with their rude and dismissive attitudes .

I used to love Popeyes Chicken and had a hankering for some Popcorn Shrimp, so I stopped through to grab some of each to bring home for the family.The lobby had a couple of others grouped around the counter trying to do the same, which made it feel cramped despite no one sitting in the dining area.When I placed my order for a 16-piece Chicken dinner and an order of Popcorn Shrimp, the cashier kept having to ask their manager for help. We finally got the order in, but I knew something wasn't right because I was shocked at the cost. Expecting to get the receipt for review...I was disappointed as the receipt went back to the prep line.About 10 minutes later, I was handed my bag of food, and the receipt was tossed in the bag. At this point, I made the mistake of leaving without checking everything.I got home to find out I had two (2) 16-piece meals and NO Popcorn Shrimp. ? That explains the cost of the meal. Although they gave me 32-pieces of chicken, biscuits, and two (2) large sides, they also charged me for an order of Shrimp that I didn't get.I was very disappointed, as the real reason I had stopped was for the Shrimp! ?
