Stopped by after a long drive from northern Virginia lady came into the store with bank till...started to fix my sandwich I asked her to please wash her hands.. she got upset and walked in the back without serving me.If you can't wash your hands...no thank you..RUDE AND NASTY..I can't rate less than a one..It i could a minus 0 is appropriate.

Typically, I love subway and never have anything bad to say. However, today I decided to tote my pregnant self into this location with my 4 year old. Everything was fine until I decided to sit down and eat. Someone who works here pulled up, double parked (so I can see her from my seat), and pulled out 3 trays of Italian herbs and cheese bread from the backseat of her vehicle. I probably would not have taken the time to write this review if the trays of bread were at least covered with some sort of protection, like plastic wrap or foil. The trays were sitting in her backseat UNCOVERED. So, who knows what these trays of bread were exposed to. I’m still sitting here as I’m writing, eating what I purchased because I’m pregnant and hungry as hell. But, I will most likely not come here anymore because I don’t know where their bread comes from or what their bread is exposed to. I understand running out of inventory and needing to grab it from another store, because I’ve worked in fast food and had to do that at Starbucks. But, there’s no reason why bread that’s being transported in a personal vehicle shouldn’t be covered in some way.

Bad experience from beginning to end. Such rude staff (2 teenage girls) taking orders. Gave me subs that were dripping from the wrapper and got mad when I asked for it to be wrapped once more. Even worse was that everyone who had a deli sandwich was sick all night long. Terrible experience that will keep me away from Subway for a while. Avoid this place!

I wish I could give this place NO stars! I am taking the time to write you an email because of the poor service I had at one of your Subway restaurant located at 125 Corporate Dr. Stafford VA. 22554. I did a survey at global.subway.com to explain how terrible the service was. I recommend others do the same. The guy making our sub was completely rude! We started by asking for Italian cheese bread and his response was "hey bud.... we ain't got it". First off, I am not his "bud"! I am a paying customer and old enough to be his father from how young he looked. We ordered two Great Garlic sandwiches that he neglected to toast or put any bacon on. He completely messed up our order (including our bread) and when it was brought up, all he said was "it's been a long day man"....... This was a terrible experience! I have never had such an unprofessional experience with Subways in the past. Needless to say, I will no longer be going to your restaurant and will be sharing my experience on every social media outlet warning the public not to eat at your locations, especially with rude and unprofessional employees such as the one I encountered this evening. This is a review for the Subway App. DO NOT USE. Placed order, was charged. Store had no information on the order, verified right location. They were not interested in me showing that I had ordered. Ended up paying for another meal. Corporate would not issue a refund either. Again, DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER.

App didn't register order. Charged me when I ordered in the app and then had to try to get the money back. Another customer was having the same issue while I was there. Don't use the app to order and don't expect any customer service.

Delicious sandwiches, hardworking and accommodating staff and clean restrooms on a horrible travel day.We had been stuck on northbound 95 for more than 2 hours crawling on a Saturday morning in the pouring rain. Exited to be stuck another 30 min on Jefferson Davids due to a nasty accident - car off the road into the woods. We were exhausted knowing we were only 4 hours into our 10 hour ride north. But the Subway personnel were kind, smiling and it was very busy with thankful travelers using their restroom and ordering great food. Even my 76/80 year old parents loved their sub as we continued traveling - much more refreshed than when we had pulled in.When you are exhausted, it’s the kindness of a smile and the way you are treated that really can make all the difference. Thank you Subway staff from Saturday 8/7 around noon. You are very much appreciated!!

Waited 15 mins for a couple in front of me. After that, a Door Dash driver came in and decided to cut in front of me to get his order from the guy behind the counter and instead of taking care of me he took care of the door dash driver. then I asked him if he was the only person working and he said yes. bad business.
