They are the best in the state! I'd highly recommend, they have GREAT/Fast turnaround, and reasonable pricing - not too expensive at all, i was surprised. I'd definitely order from them again. Cake came out amazing, inside-out!

So I used them for my daughters birthday the past two years but I don’t know what has happened this year, it’s been six days and I haven’t received a response to my email, I reached out on Instagram and no help there they never followed up. Paid $7.25 for a Texas Prozac Cupcake. I assumed the fudge colored frosting would taste like chocolate, but it turned out to be just thick sugar icing with brown food coloring. No chocolate, or vanilla found anywhere in the cupcake. Just sugar on sugar. Threw most of it away. Walmart has better cake in their products.

The custom cake we ordered was not only delicious, but , an exact copy of what we requested. From the counter people to the delivery ladies,everyone was very polite, professional and on time with delivery and setup. We will definitely be using them in the future. We used the Icing Baking Company for our wedding cake, cupcakes, and cookies. They all turned out amazing! We were sold on the fact that we could choose as many flavors as we wanted (per dozen) and that they had chocolate chip AND negative (chocolate with white chocolate chip) cookies- my favorite! We were able to rent a cupcake stand from them that was delivered with the desserts and set up by the team so we did not have to worry about that at all. The cake and cupcakes were beautifully decorated and were absolutely delicious. We did have to call to confirm our tasting as they did not have a record of our booking via email, and we did have to go back and forth a few times over contract details. However, the end product was worth the few administrative hurdles. They did my cupcakes and a little cake for my wedding and it was perfect! So delicious and exactly what I had wished for! We had a tasting with them and it was so good I’ve never eaten so much cake in my life. They’re so sweet and gave us two extra cupcakes to take for the honeymoon in case we missed getting cake at the wedding (oh don’t worry we totally didn’t miss eating the cake, besides getting married I was most looking forward to the cake lol) would definitely recommend them!

Again, I was patient and responded back. It took a few weeks to get a quote back. The quote I received was incredibly high priced for cookies. I decided to not move forward with my order. A week ago, someone reached out to me and told me that my quote along with a few others was too high an in accurate. She told me I would receive a new quote in just a few days. I waited, got no response. At the end of the week, I called and left my contact info. I was told the manager would call me within the hour. No response. A day later, I receive the same exact quote that I received before! I decided to no longer use this business for my cake or cookie orders and I let them know via email. The disorganization and lack of follow through is disappointing. Thankfully I didn’t wait on their quotes and I decided to spend several hundred dollars getting a custom cake made elsewhere for our special occasion. If I can’t trust a company to be transparent with pricing and to follow through on ordering, how can I trust that they will provide the desserts I paid for in a timely manner? If you want cupcakes, go in and grab them. Don’t order anything custom…it is not worth the headache.
