I moved into the area and this is the closest Chinese place. My Dad ate there one time and said it was terrible. After months, I finally convinced them to try it again. It was really good. We ordered moo goo gai pan, shrimp and vegetables and sweet and sour chicken for take out. It was all very good.

My girlfriend and I went to this place out of convenience as it's right next to the town grocery store. After finishing our meal, I am so happy we decided to order food here. Coming from NY and NJ, I'm a bit of a Chinese food snob and this place was great! Plenty of flavor and good portions! I would definitely recommend eating here when you decide to visit Shenandoah National Park or the Luray Caverns. The lady upfront was very kind and her service was excellent. Now I will say, the place does not look the best, but in my experience those places make the best food. Just like most Chinese food takeout places, I wouldn't go here expecting to be wowed by the ambiance. Do yourself a favor and stop here if you made the long drive and just want a great meal. Definitely won't regret it!

It's dirty and has bugs in the food!!!!Not only that the woman at the front is rude and the kids are in there up front and running around doing whatever they like and they sale cosmetics that have previously been used !!! I just have never seen such nasty people in my life!!

the other day my famliy and me went here i was going to try to find human words in the english language to describe how scrumptious this meal was the first thing that really just blew me away was the hot and sour soup (a favorite meal of mine) (it too being way better than cigarettes something about it's pull on me and seeking that) i got one of those for me and first off it comes out piping hot and everything about it is delicious the tofu the vegetables the flavor and from there i start having flash backs to the great chinese culture whether that's china town dc or martial arts movies (really was into kill bill for a little had a friend marty who showed his studies of martial arts movies was impressive those vintage ones i did see some of kung fu david carradine) so from there it was other things coming in and being a party in my belly the lo mein being good greaseyness (hope that word sounds right some fat in the oils i think) and the fried battered sweet and sour chicken dipping in the red sauce being another winner my teeth feeling like they're being cleaned by the heat the food temperature the mouth bones um mongolian beef being tasty with the other vegetables white rice and the visual as summer was ending like a barbarian or something getting through the future with style um fried dumplings to dip into the soy sauce that just wows with the tangy zest um as stated everything was to the tip a drop of hunger followed by sweet bliss like a opium hit going to the brain as a relaxed state to think of whichever animal for the chinese new year monkey rat funny faces dog dragon etc so what i really remembered when i was here was in belle view there was a chinese restaurant called magic wok they did everything soo good (but they closed in i think the 2010s i didn't know why) it was in the suburbs and it was as good as when in the army in the georgia day room there'd be people ordering delivery and that guy would show up with hot containers for whomever bought (lots of good memories of specifically the chinese like restaurants with tea served or a souvinir i'd get and that having this huge look to it like the red color the buddha maybe some surfer vibe or something like california maybe) um and that good hit from that in the stomach (the wise wizardly elders the ownerships)(thinking too of jean claude van damme the gross eras clothes fits things used computers) um so another was seeing the neon light on that being like whether it was dc or i remembered springfield va a place i saw that had that like indicator of a great place to place and order for it'd be a reminder too of like the 1980s bill murray or maybe the neighborhood along the way back from drinking in dc those places with the total menu the whole fried wings order or other stuff i liked the fried wontons another treat was the crab rangoon (street fighter mortal kombat marvel vs capcom etc tekken) so we've been to this shopping center before we'd been to the ciro's pizza before and that was a blast i remember i made these movies i was really proud of (it actually made me a little sad looking back rewatching some) it'd be family and the holidays um there's a good will here too those before i quit i think we had a slight issue here so we saw the menu and ordered then i think the price seemed higher than we expected and anticipated and they said there was a new higher price currently in effect so that upset my dad a little (i told him another story that something sort of like that happened one time i was with my cousin for what looked like a buffet and i think he said they charged by the plate) but after that it was just hot delicious food and a good conversation my parents have a apartment complex near here they own and we saw a tenant stop in while we were here so yeah this side of virginia stanley um i've heard entertaining rumors of a dog park on the way somewhere around here um i guess finding the whole zen picture around here the mountain horizons and my place car in the garage the valley the distan

My wife texted me at work, said she's getting Chinese take out. I was excited, got home starving I took a bite of the fried scallops, not scallops at all, maybe imitation. No problem I told her she could have them all. Took a bite of my sweet and sour pork. Hard as a rock! Not even exaggerating a rock totally inedible. Called the restaurant after arguing with the lady she said bring it back and we could get a refund. We did and after she went through it all to make sure we didn't eat anything gave us a refund and told us not to come back She doesn't need to worry about that!

Beware trust the bad reviews the General Tso chicken should be called general Tso dough, was literally no chunks of chicken. The couple pieces that did have chicken was the size of a pea if not smaller surrounded by dough. I ate 2 bites and threw the rest away. Sauce was ok and the platter was meh. Shrimp and broccoli above average.

Paid $29 for General Tso chicken, Curry chicken and two egg rolls.. way too much.Tso was soggy and the curry taste and looks like they just tossed it in curry powder.Spring rolls literally had no flavor. Thought we had to go get a COVID test

Awesome service and delicious chinese food! Their cheese wontons are the best I have ever had. I have eaten at a ton of chinese restaurants from Chinatown in Chicago, DC, Seattle etc.

Ordered general Tso chicken. Paid extra for white meat. What chicken? The sauce was good but it was just dough. The egg rolls were ok. If it wasn’t so far to return it abs demand a refund I’d have made the effort. Avoid this place unless you want to be cheated $18.50 is too much for one meal and two egg rolls.
