Absolutely horrible experience this morning. Two people were working the drive-through service window. There was zero service if you came to the counter to order. After 10 minutes of sanding line with not even so much as a comments or eye iContact to any of us standing in line, I left And without my coffee. I will not be coming back.

Waited 30 minute just to be told I’ll be right with you every 5 minutes. Wouldn’t serve anyone in the building and kept making online orders when no one was picking them up. Apparently the drive through and mobile order are more important then the 10 costumers in the building. Won’t be back

I simply love Dunkin' Donuts. It's my vice. The staff at the Stephens City location- both locations- are kind, and bring a warmth to the service they provide. Always good interactions with good people.

This place saved me. A beacon of light when I was lost in the black abyss of torturously endless highway ahead of me. Drifting in and out of consciousness… drifting in and out of sanity. On the road at 10pm the previous night, 3 hour nap at 2am, right back on the road at 5. None of that sleep mattered. Time is a construct that controls man. There is no time on the road. Only imprisonment. Like falling in a dream… but then I saw it. The Dunkin Donuts at exit 307. Like a lost sailor to a lighthouse. I was drawn to it… a moth to a flame. Could this be real? Yes… I’m saved.

I placed a mobile order at 10:32AM. When I pulled into the drive through i wasn’t greeted at the speaker for 2 minutes. finally somebody greeted and spoke. I pulled to the window and the lady handed my my coffee and shut the window. I sat there thinking that she was grabbing my food but instead, she opened the window and said what are you waiting on, I said “my food” and she slammed the window. I could see inside that she was asking people where my food was, and it was not made. They rushed to make it and she handed me the food through the window. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, didn’t say anything. I placed my order at 10:32, and didn’t receive my food until 10:45AM. There was no other customers there, this is not my first bad experience at this location. I ordered an iced coffee, a wrap & hash browns. terrible customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE The lady speaking to me at the drive thru was so mean to me and talked to me like I was stupid. Then when I pulled up she was speaking to the another costumer basically YELLING at the customer. The food was burnt and the bagel fell apart and was messily thrown into my bag. NEVER GOING HERE

I’m not at all happy with how a recent visit with this establishment went. My review is based off of that experience. My wife ordered her things through the mobile app, she used the coupon free drink with any purchase. She purchased the avocado toast and she has done this multiple times at multiple Dunkin’s and never had an issue. This time there was a problem with the toast and the drink. The toast wasn’t in fact toast it was a piece of cold bread with sour avocado and the smallest amount of bacon on it with no seasoning. Seeing the other Dunkin and how they prepare their avocado toast, it was a very different experience compared to that. My wife’s drink also was supposed to include the Cold foam and it did not make it into the drink. It is stated on the label on the cup it was added to the order. To top it all off when my wife contacted customer support (we were in a rush to get where we had to be) they offered 250 reward points which she declined and later they automatically added 500 points closing the matter. Now that’s the issue I have, I understand places make mistakes but I also expect them to own their mistakes l. 500 points is not enough points to even get another piece of avocado toast! It requires 800 points to purchase the avocado toast from their rewards menu. My wife purchased the toast and got the free drink not the other way around. I would like to be contacted personally and have this issue taken care of.

Went through the drive-thru on a whim at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon to get something sweet. Although they were sold out of just about everything they were able to offer options that met my needs. Got me in and out quickly through the drive-thru. The two staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional. Will swing through this location again the next time I pass through.
