Don’t stop at this location unless you’re alright with waiting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes, on an order that’s already made. I understand being short staffed and not being able to take orders inside but unlike other locations simply putting a sign up at the registers the genius in charge decided to lock out the store, forcing the walk in orders to the drive through, wouldn’t be a problem if this store could operate a drive through efficiently but alas they can not.

Service is bad and way to slow to be called "fast food". Every time I order avocado toast they give me avocado bread... they never take the 10 seconds to toast it. Next time they don't toast my bread I'm coming in and letting them know I ordered avocado TOAST not bread.

This used to be the prime Dunkin’ Donuts to go to before 2021. Great staff, the drive thru folks were all super nice and the service was consistent.Not sure what happened after that but the service and quality has stalled incredibly. Long lines, most of the time they are “understaffed” and close up the walk in area. This place 100% needs to hire people that actually care. The orders are never correct now, the food is burnt, the drinks aren’t correct. The list goes on.

When your business is donuts and coffee how do you not have fresh donuts lol!The employees are rude and constantly mess the order up. You are better off driving into Winchester for your day old donuts and coffee
I love this Dunkin Donuts and 9 times out of 10 my coffee is perfect. But yesterday I was handed my coffee with coffee running down all sides of the cup and it got all over me. I understand being busy and all but it takes 2 seconds to wipe a cup off if it’s spilling over. That’s pretty disrespectful to hand someone a drink like that letting it drip all over them and their car.

If you go during a busy period you're guaranteed to wait 15+ minutes for what is likely to be an order full of errors and burnt coffee. The staff seems on edge and isn't very customer oriented. I gave them multiple chances and now I won't be going back.
