think this place is very neglected, I don't know what concept of cleanliness the people who work there have, but the floors are too dirty, the tables, the area where the food is received has dust and food scraps all the time. You should check this place out and put that in order since it is a center where food is sold and very popular with many people including me.Wheelchair accessibility: At the entrance they should have the censor on the doors for people who use wheelchairs.

Customer service is probably the worst out of any Starbucks. They treat you like you’re annoying them by being there. Not to mention I asked for no ice and the cup was 1/3 full.. the girl said she could get in trouble if she doesn’t add more yet it didn’t taste like a regular drink from when I get it in Winchester so I know it was missing something

Starbucks breakfast blend is some good coffee. If you get your coffee with just cream and sugar their prices are the same as anywhere else. But if you get a bunch of crap in your coffee, I have to let you in on a little secret. That's not coffee! That's a dessert.

Clean and spacious space inside. Love the big open windows with the sunlight filtering through at the corner. This is a great place to just sit and chill and enjoy a hot beverage with a good book.Baristas are nice, no matter whether you order on the app for a pick up or in person.

I came in early on the 26th. The Barista was so patient! He had started my drink, of course, and I had changed my order. What a professional, he didn't blink or eye roll or anything, just "No problem, I gotcha!"Everyone was very nice.((The bathrooms needed attention, big time))I will definitely go back!
